Great breakfast - everyday a little bit different - particularly fond of the waffle day! :-) Good location, very clean and beautiful room, comfi bed. Very friendly host Laura, she helped us with everything (renting a scooter - getting an early taxi to the airport - recommending good restaurants) Thank you!!

We loved staying here. Maria is very helpful and our room (pink room) was really cozy. We also loved Patusco (the friendly cat that lives on the terrace 😄). We will be back!

Hostel très agréable. Tout est extrêmement bien tenu et propre. La cuisine dispose de tout pour faire nos repas. Notre hôte Tania a été très gentille. Elle nous a même organisé un taxi pour une randonnée.

C'est l'endroit idéal ! Urzelina a un bord de mer très accessible et agréable. L'hôtel est convivial, parfaitement tenu VRAIMENT, et bien placé pour découvrir l'île (un véhicule est préférable). L'île est splendide, vue sur le mont Pico ! On peut manger face à ce panorama ! Majestueux.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Marficas Hostel. Tout correspondait à nos attentes. La chambre était bien équipé avec une clim pour les jours bien ensoleillés, la vue sur le mont Pico était incroyable. De plus, le balcon est très appréciable. Les espaces communs sont très propres et bien équipés. A notre arrivé nous avons été très bien accueillis et on nous a donné une carte avec les intérêts de l’île. Je recommande fortement, rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Paar mit Baby gebucht. Wir können sie sehr weiterempfehlen, es gab für uns nur positive Eindrücke. Die Lage mit Blick auf Angra und den Hafen sind einzigartig. Das ganze Haus ist neu renoviert worden mit schönen Details und Materialien. Auch die Kommunikation und check in verliefen reibungslos. Ana hat uns in jeglicher Hinsicht geholfen und vor möglichen Stürmen gewarnt. Wir hoffen André und seine nette Familie bald wieder zu sehen!

Een heel gezellig, goed bereikbaar en leuk hostel. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt, je kreeg gemakkelijk nieuwe handdoeken, het ontbijt was lekker en zeker voldoende. Een groot pluspunt is dat dit inbegrepen is in de prijs. De hosts zijn gemakkelijk aanspreekbaar en helpen je bij vragen. Ze geven ook allerlei tips rond het weer, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants,… We kregen de mogelijkheid om onze bagage achter te laten nog voor de check in. Er werd een snelle check in voorzien. Het hostel was netjes. Alle voorzieningen die beschreven staan waren aanwezig. De ligging was heel goed. Soms kan je aangesproken worden door mensen op straat, maar dit hoeft je niet af te schrikken. Ze vragen om geld maar zijn niet opdringerig en houden afstand. Ik raad dit hostel zeker aan! Wanneer we kunnen, komen we zeker terug!

Very clean , cosy and comfortable place just in a heart of center. We stayed with our kids and everything was just perfect . 👍

We spent two nights at Andre's place in Angra do Heroísmo and would definitely recommend his place to any couple traveling to Terceira. The place feels brand new and is actually more spacious than it looks in the pictures. While it is connected to a hostel, it feels like you are renting out someone's studio apartment. We traveled to the Azores in mid-May, so before the busy season, but we did not bump into anyone else so it really felt like we had the entire place - including the patio/balcony - to ourselves. You also have a private entrance, excellent location (just a 1 minute walk to town center), awesome view of the marina & town, and plenty of parking nearby. The manager, Bruno, was fantastic as well. He was incredibly responsive, preemptively reached out to us the day before check-in to ensure a smooth process, and supplied us with a million recommendations for whatever we wanted to know. Again, if you're a couple traveling to Terceira, I highly recommend this place.

Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the penthouse. The large, private deck looks out into the Praia harbor and the pictures just can’t convey how special Terceira is and how great this location is for an Airbnb. Joseph and his wife Mina made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Yes, the price might be high for the island, but the location, spacious rooms and wonderful hosts will have us come back again and again.

This place offers outstanding privacy as a hostel, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic—close to everything yet quiet. Also provided a generous breakfast, a lovely touch! The bathroom was spacious, and I loved that there were two additional bathrooms on the first floor, making it super convenient. For the price, this stay was absolutely flawless. Highly recommend!

I loved the stay at the Boa Nova Hostel. The public spaces were really beautiful and the beds very comfortable with a locker for your stuff. It is directly at the ocean and you can also rent a bike at the hostel! Maria is also a very kind person :) Thank you!

I have stayed at this hostel for a week and it didn’t feel like a hostel at all. The staff was very nice that I became like a second home! Patricia recommended me a bunch of things to do and provided me a map with the activities handly written on. Since I didn’t rent a car at the beginning (which I highly recommend), she gave me a time table of the busses. With any questions you can go to them and they will take their time for you! I had a lovely stay at this hostel!

This was the perfect place to stay during my layover in ponta delgada. I wish I could have stayed longer but I know I’ll be coming back. Comfortable, clean, easily accessible even when arriving late at night. The 2 women at the reception were also so helpful to me and called me taxi’s to get around and also stored my stuff in lockers there.

It was such a delight to stay here. Really close to everything and the space was so comfortable and peaceful. I would 100% come back here.
