Aygün : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Zypern und haben hier diese wundervolle Villa gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Diana lief einwandfrei und sie konnte uns jederzeit sofort weiterhelfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben die Villa für 6 Nächte gebucht. Die kurze Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen von nur ca 20 Minuten war sehr entspannt. Angekommen an der Villa waren wir sehr überrascht von der unglaublich schönen Unterkunft! Die Bilder sind keineswegs „übertrieben“ wie bei einigen anderen Unterkünften. Es war alles einwandfrei und es fehlte wortwörtlich an nichts! Es war ausreichend Geschirr, Grillzubehör und vieles mehr vor Ort, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch in der Küche benötigt. Der Garten und der große Pool waren super zum entspannen! Auch die Umgebung mit den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants hat den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir sind unglaublich froh diese Villa gefunden zu haben und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub! Danke!!😍😍

Angela ist eine super freundliche und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war ebenfalls mega sauber und total schön gelegen. Der Strand befand sich unmittelbar in der Nähe des Unterkunftes. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!

היה מדהים ועולה על הציפיות! הבית מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, הבריכה מהממת ומתוחזקת בצורה טובה מאוד,כל יום הגיע איש בריכות לטפל, הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונה, והחלק המיוחד ביותר הוא חוף הים, הכניסה למים ממש מול הגינה, חוף פשוט יפיפה!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע תודה רבה!

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Exceeded expectations. Location was perfect, seconds away from the sea that you can see from the terrace (beautiful view) two public beaches in walking distance, great restaurants within minutes, the right amenities for a week long stay. I could not recommend any higher, we loved our stay and appreciated the quick communication and flexibility of Theodoros. We visit Cyprus every year and would absolutely book again. Antreas was always responsive and super helpful. He did check in with us to ensure things were going smoothly. The standout part of this Airbnb was the pool and garden, perfect for our two little ones. Plus, a bonus that you could heat the pool for an additional cost (very rare to find). Thank you again for a lovely holiday experience!

Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia. Mieszkanie czyste, miało wszystko czego potrzeba aby pobyt był udany. Wszystko działające. Makis to świetny gospodarz, zawsze pomocny. Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

L’appartamento era come le foto, spazioso e dotato di tutto, con vista mare e in piccolo terrazzino. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e con teli e tutto il necessario, davvero stupendo. L’appartamento si trova in un resort magnifico, c’è un ristorante un bar una piscina grandissima, puoi trovare inoltre una palestra, un mini club per i bambini con una animatrice stupenda. Trovi anche un piccolo minimarket ma per fare la spesa dovrai recarti con la macchina a 10 km dal resort. Credo che torneremo anche il prossimo anno , le nostre bambine si sono divertite tantissimo. Unico neo il mare davanti al resort non è il massimo, ma a 5 km troverete la spiaggia di Bafra pubblica con un mare meraviglioso.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Villa, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr groß, sodass man sich dort gerne aufhält. Kleine Strände in Buchten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und zu Fuß erreichbar. In einer kleinen Bäckerei kann man Frühstück holen. Und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nicht weit. Für größere Einkäufe muss man in die nächste Stadt und braucht ein Auto. Ebenso für die Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist ein Auto gut.

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Nikos is a very experienced host who provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. He arranged the airport transfer for us, which saved me the hassle, and seemed reasonably priced. The welcome food pack was much needed as we had arrived during the night of Christmas Eve. Nikos also provided us with the traditional Kleftiko meal a few days later, which was a lovely gesture. The villa though not quite spotlessly clean, was tidy and well maintained and is in a good area, just a short walk from the stunning beach waterfront. There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Many were closed as we went out of peak season but there was still enough places available for our requirements. The free use of the car is a great perk of the property, which we used for day trips into other areas. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Cyprus.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Mit dem Pool, dem Sonnendeck und dem nahegelegenen Strand lassen sich hier erholsame und entspannte Sonnentage verbringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Ingolf ist für Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.

Apartment was very nice. Pool area good with showers and toilets. 5 minute walk to Nissi beach. 10 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Bars and restaurants close by. 2kms from Ayia Napa centre.

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. When i return back to Cyprus I am definitely re booking here again. —— THE POOL IS AMAZING —— Thank you for everything and we will see you guys again soon :)

We stayed for 6 weeks at this place. Overall it was really really good. Communication was great and if there was a problem either Shuki or Ali were there to fix it. Oven is not currently working but I have said this to Shuki. I suggest to get a car because there is not much in walking distance (be aware of driving “restrictions” in Cyprus). A supermarket is approx 5 minute drive away. Also, the electricity went down 3 times during our stay but it was fine overall. Wi-Fi is okay but if you are two people working can be a bit difficult sometimes. Apart from this, the property is really nice and we suggest it. Thanks Shuki and Ali.

This was a great place to stay! Just next to the beautiful palm beach. There are good restaurants around. It was very peaceful walking next to the beach and it is very close to the walled city. Annabelle is very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place !! Enjoyy ! I'll be back 😍

Very convenient location, spacious homelike feel to the place, very helpful host, private parking provided, and the outside patio was also a very nice surprise to find in the busy area of Pernera.

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die überdachte Terrasse und der unverbaute Blick auf das Meer sind einfach perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Spülmaschine sowie eine Nespresso-Maschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!
