Konum olarak çok iyi sahile yürüme mesafesinde. evin hemen altında zincir market var. genel olarak ev gayet temizdi. çok güzel terası var. emre bey ile iletişim konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. bina girişinde kamera ve şifre ile giriş olması bizi güvende hissettirdi. hersey için teşekkür ederim.

Konaklamamız çok güzeldi ev gayet temizdi imkanları çok fazlaydı normal bir evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey evde vardı buna çok mutlu olduk sanki kendi evimiz gibi hissettik aynı zamanda ev sahibinin kendi bisikletini bizle paylaşması çok güzeldi çok samimiydi. İstediğimiz zaman sorunlarımızı sormak istediklerimizi sorabileceğimizi söyledi herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık sadece son gün duşta su soğuktu ama son günümüz diye söylemedik söylesek eminim hemen gelip düzeltirdi. We were absolutely in awe of this amazing place right on the water from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much that we ditched our plans to head to the harbour and instead stayed close, walking down to the sea to watch the sunset — absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was even better than pictured: spacious, airy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view of the water and sunset (with cats that visited the patio). Erdem went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed so we could simply stay put and enjoy the views. Highly recommend! One note: the apartment is in a gated community, so you'll need to either drive or take a longer walk to reach the busier tourist areas. But honestly, you may not even want to leave — just bring some food with you, make your own meals in the kitchen and soak in the stunning surroundings!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Anlage war absolut fantastisch! Die Anlage war makellos sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, was uns sofort ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung vermittelte. Die Pools waren in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und boten eine erfrischende Abkühlung an warmen Tagen. Ein weiteres Highlight war der direkte Zugang zum privaten Strand direkt von der Anlage aus. Es war ein echter Luxus, einfach die Tür zu öffnen nach 2 min. schon den warmen Sand zwischen den Zehen zu spüren. Die Ruhe an diesem Ort war bemerkenswert, und die hohen Sicherheitsstandards gaben uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl der Gelassenheit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Wir haben die Sauberkeit und Pflege der Anlage genossen, die erstklassigen Pools und die Annehmlichkeit, direkt zum Privatstrand zu gelangen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die ausgezeichneten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Zeynep hanim iyi bir ev sahibi. Hızlıca sorulariniza yanit alabilirsiniz. Bizi karşilayan Hakan bey ve eşi de cok kibar ve yardımseverler. Davutlar sakin, site tam kafa dinlemelik. Havuz çok temiz bazen özel havuz gibi kullanıyorsunuz. Evde 2 banyo olmasi avantaj. Klima var ama gerek kalmıyor pek. Çok nemli değil. Pencereleri açıp yatabilirsiniz. Sineklik var. Mutfak kisminda karıncalar biraz sıkıntı oluyor ama mutfakta karınca ilacı var. Küçük çocuğunuz varsa Milli Parkta İçmeler koyuna gidebilirsiniz. Deniz kum ve havuz gibi. Çocuk yoksa diğer koylara gidebilirsiniz daha sakin ama taşlık. Sevgi Plajına akşam çayınızı, plaj hasirlarinizi alıp inebilirsiniz. Güneşin batışını izlemek oldukça keyifli. A101, Migros eve servis var. Getir'den de Domino's vs.

Great place. Location is very handy as it is close to all amenities. Beach is in 5 mins walk distance. The host is friendly and hospitable.

Konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifli ve sorunsuzdu. Ev her haliyle düzenli ve temizdi. Mahremiyet vardı. Ayrıca Vedat Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu ve sorularımıza çok hızlı cevap döndü. Dolapta bizim için ayrılan ikramlar vardı. Evde eksik bir şey yoktu. Çıkış konusunda da kendisi evin müsait olduğunu daha geç çıkabileceğimizi söyledi biz yine saatinde çıktık. Okadar memnun ayrıldık ki bugün bir arkadaşıma daha önerdim. Teşekkür ederim her şey için. Tekrar kalır mıyım? Evet

Öncelikle ev sahibi ilgili sorun anında direkt yardımcı oluyor. Evin konumu çok iyi sakin ve denize, markete yakın. Ev genel olarak güzel havuzu ve temizliği de gayet yeterli. Eksik olarak söyleyebileceklerim; 2 odada klima yok o biraz sorun oluyor, şebeke suyu tuzlu akıyor(evle alakalı değil o çevrede öyleymiş). Söylediğim eksiklikler çok büyük ve problem yaratacak şeyler değil. Biz 3 aile ve 2 çocuk gayet rahat ve güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Damla hanıma da teşekkür ederim, evi kiralamak isteyenlere de tavsiye ederim.

Sehr tolle moderne Wohnung. Sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden.

Very convenient for main beach and all the shops and amenities. The appartment was very clean and well appointed. The host and and his parents were very helpful.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Herrlicher Blick auf den Hafen von Kusadasi. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt mit schwieriger Anfahrt falls man mit dem PKW anreist. Dafür hat sich Hüsnü jederzeit kompetent, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit gekümmert. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, modern renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.
