Arrived early and was able to check in early. Great location! Right in the middle of all ski resorts, restaurants and activities. Great view of the lake. The rental was very clean and in a nice area. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for my family of 4. Everyone had enough room and we did not feel crowded. The heated garage was excellent. We didn't have to unload ski equipment every night to keep it from freezing. Maintenance happened to stop by during our stay to check on an existing service request. He was very friendly and helped with the fireplace operation. I would stay again and highly recommend it.

We were very satisfied with Katy's place, which is exactly like in the description and much more! The space is a little tight but it has everything we need as a family of three for a three-day ski trip. Katy is very thoughtful in that she provides all the amenities one can ever think of, which makes it very convenient for us. I love the plushy towels! I also appreciate Katy' tips on the ski resort and the Colorado Epic school kids program. Thank you again, Katy!

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. a great place to for a getaway with great views

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

Amy was a great host! It was a last minute trip needing to accommodate my dog and myself. The place was clean and in a great location. I will definitely book here again in my future trips!

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

Laurie’s spot is absolutely perfect! The views are unbeatable, offering a stunning panorama of the lake and mountains. It’s conveniently located near RiverRun Village and Dillon, making it easy to explore. We had a great time skiing, walking around the lake, and even swimming. The condo was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his home! This was the ideal stay for three couples in town for a short skiing weekend. The house was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The community has a nice trail you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. We are all looking forward to staying here for our next ski trip!

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

This was a great house for two families with older kids. The location was central to skiing at several different resorts, while also being easily walkable to Frisco. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub with its privacy and nice view of the creek. The house itself was very clean and easy to access. We would stay here again if we do a similar trip.

Our family trip was beyond SPECIAL ~ Linda's retreat in the Ruedi Reservoir was the most Perfect home for us!! Linda's attention to every detail had the home beautifully ready. The furnishings are so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equipped for our every need. Bedrooms had cozy linens perfect for our early February stay! We were so pleased with our hosts being quickly responsive to our questions and needs. Hot tub was super relaxing and used frequently!! The views from the cabin and porches were AMAZING!! I promise we all look forward to our next trip ~ Basalt is the perfect small town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and activities.....and still close to Aspen for the bigger beautiful city experience!! This condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. This includes 2 sets of parents and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes/pots and pans, as well as condiments, and coffee. It is also only 15 min to Keystone, 20 min to Copper Mt and 25 to Breckenridge. Loved the location!

Great place to stay for a family trip! Tons of space and good bedroom setup for family with kids. The room with one king bed and bunk beds and one full bathroom is on the same floor as the garage. You'll go up one flight of stairs to the main living/kitchen/dining floor. One more flight of stairs up to laundry and remaining three bedrooms. Garage was also large/tall enough to fit the minivan with the topper on. Fits two full size cars with no issues. Enjoyed a short drive to skiing, watching sports on the massive living room TV, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and walking the nearby river trail to shops/restaurants.

We loved our stay! It is even better than the pictures, very beautiful and spacious house. The hosts were so friendly and helpful!

the house was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and the common hot tub after skiing was great. the house had some minor glitches, but the space is well used and the sleeping space is very nice. I'd say, ideal for a family of four or two couples with a kid. the beds are; two queens and two twins (a couch and a bed under the couch)

Our group had a great time and will definitely stay here again. The unit overlooks the river and is walking distance to the shops in Frisco. The location was perfect. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

This was a beautiful stay, three minute drive from Keystone. There was so much to do in the surrounding area. Check in was simple, similar to other Summit County rentals we have done. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. The room was a perfect size for two of us going away for the week, with beautiful mountain view’s overlooking a nice frozen lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bathroom had a heating lamp, which was nice on chilly days. Bed was comfy and warm. Dining area was a cute little spot surrounded by windows. Fireplace was nice, and if you are sore after skiing, the side door of the property connects to the Keystone Lodge, so you can walk right from your room to the adjoining Lodge to use their sauna, pool, and steam room. Overall, super great stay!

Excellent location for access to Beaver Creek! Condo is well appointed with excellent amenities. Very comfortable space! Definitely will return when we come back to Beaver Creek! Great value for the accessibility for skiing! Highly recommended this space! Host was communicative and flexible with an early check in. Thx again for a great ski experience!

This place is worth every penny with the beautiful scenery from the balcony as well as from the bedrooms when you open the shades of your windows. It feels vintage and cozy. There’s a grocery store and few cafeterias close by where you get basic stuff and accessible to Arapahoe Basin within 10 mins of drive. Mark is an excellent host. The place was welcoming, clean and he responds quick. 10/10.

This is our third stay at this condo, which is the best endorsement for you to stay here. I cannot say enough good things about the condo. It's huge, large enough to comfortably house 6 people at once. It's extremely clean and tastefully decorated with lived-in furniture. It's a real home. If you cook, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen, with more than enough of everything to make countless meals. The location is amazing. You are 15-30 minutes from either Keystone, Copper or Breck, and while we haven't been here in summer, I can imagine how much there is to do in the area. The scenery is breathtaking, surrounded as it is by mountains, lakes and forests. Frisco and Breckenridge are charming towns with plenty of nice restaurants and shops. Finally, the hosts are really the best, nicest people. Shawna, the host's daughter, with whom we dealt exclusively, was always responsive and extremely accommodating. Two thumbs up!
