Post did a fantastic job making sure that we had a great day if you’re looking for a beautiful house and a very affordable price one of the best ones in Orange County for sure

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The location was in a quiet close and not overlooked. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the outside entertaining area. Kameko was a great host and responded quickly to messages.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

This was perfect for our 15 guest vacation. There was plenty of parking in the neighborhood behind the house that provided safe parking that wasn’t right on the Main Street. The host was responsive and helpful instructions, and provided a beautiful place to stay

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. Staying in your comfortable house was what we needed after a crazy check in experience with another Airbnb unit. Thank you.

Beautiful place to be!! Jennifer was soooo helpful and responsive, probably the most I’ve ever had with an airbnb host! It rained most of the days we were in California but thankfully the house was so cozy we had a wonderful time even with the rain. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, the backyard is calm and has birds that come and sing, lots of supplies in the kitchen, and the baby supplies were helpful - pack and play, high chair, kid friendly plates and bowls. 15 min to downtown Disney and 25-35 min to a few different beaches. 5 min to a park with a playground where our son loved watched the ducks. Would stay here again! Highly recommend :)

We had a delightful stay at Sue’s place. Right in the heart of town, with easy access to beaches, Main Street, and all the highlights of Seal Beach. Bedrooms were as-described and comfortable. The great room on the second floor is large, light and bright, with a nice “living room” sitting area with two facing couches adjacent to a “dining room” with a full-sized dining table. The kitchen is beautiful, large and very well-equipped — we hosted guests on several occasions and loved the setup for cooking and serving. Yes, the beach is a 3 minute walk, but having your own pool and small yard for sunbathing is the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay, probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Only a 6 minute walk from the ferry. Everything in Avalon is walking distance. Definitely recommend. I can’t tell you how amazing it was to get checked in early. With three kids and luggage I was so appreciative. My only suggestion would be an extra fitted sheet for the pull out bed downstairs. It wasn’t anything major and I’m sure if I had asked for one they would have brought one. Super responsive. Other than that, we had what we needed in the house. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay with such gorgeous views from balcony. The golf cart was perfect for getting around the island. House was comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was a very nice place! Only issues were the hill and the creaky day bed. Overall, it was definitely a home away from home!

Perfect location on the Island. Minute walk to the beach and other surrounding activities!! My mom has a bad back so this was the perfect location with no hills to protect her.

351D is a very nice cottage. Has heating and AC. Well done kitchen and bathtub in entry bathroom. Could use larger TV's love the decor and the stained glass. could use a laundry area. nice walkable location. don't need a golf cart. love the hand held shower heads. the master bed is fairy comfortable and warm blankets. thanks much. one of the nicest units on a quiet street.

This is a wonderful place to stay on the island. You can easily take a taxi to and from the Airbnb. The taxis are stationed outside the ferry and will help you schedule a ride back when you are ready. The golf cart is wonderful and you absolutely need it to get down the hill. Beautiful view and the perfect amount of space. Very comfortable for two people and very much enjoyed it!

Stayed here once before and thought my friends and family would enjoy it. It did not disappoint. Wonderful space and view. Beautiful deck for morning coffee. A large kitchen and big dining area for meals, games, and just catching up. There is a comfortable living room and a nice DVD collection. Down the road there is a large staircase that takes you to and from town. Most of us were 50+ and survived. You'll definitely get your quota of steps in. All in all a fantastic weekend. Hope it's available for the next trip.

Our family enjoyed the place, the golf cart was a huge benefit.

We came for Spring Break with our two kids and Grandparents. The place was perfect for our needs. They switch golf carts to better accommodate our size and that was vey thoughtful. Each room had a nice TV which was nice. We really loved the outdoor patios and the Kitchen was nicely stocked. We will definitely be returning and Catalina Vacations was great to work with.

Great home with a beautiful view over the city. The house makes you feel warm and welcome I highly recommend.

The house, cleanliness, and location are great!! The place has FAR more family and kid-friendly amenities than they mentioned. We especially loved the toys like giant jenga and wooden connect four. The room with the Murphy bed and washer/dryer has space for a pack n play, which was great!! The house is on a decent hill, but it’s nice to have the exercise and really most of Avalon is pretty hilly. The location along the boardwalk is great though!

Location is top notch for families wanting to stay off the beaten path, appreciates a beautiful view, and needs space to cook for kids and decompress. Having the golf cart included was a huge plus! The two decks were comfortable and spacious, perfect for taking in the views and fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. A few things that would have made things better (but not worth a lower rating): - no mention of the staircase that went directly from the beach to a path two houses down (would have been way faster to get to the house and cart to come back to get people and luggage upon arrival) - massage chair was out of commission - no laundry detergent provided - expect to bring or buy your own
