Great flat with mountain view! The flat is your perfect starting point for a great time in the Kitzbühel Alps. Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN im Haus OBERHAUSBERG! Unsere gemütliche Dachgeschoss- Ferienwohnung auf 1.000m Seehöhe in Niederau, bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen und ist mit 1 gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit, 1 Küche, 1 seperaten Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer, sowie einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet. Da sich unser Haus auf einem Berg befindet, ist ein Auto klar von Vorteil. Natürlich kommt man auch zu Fuß gut hoch, muss aber pro Strecke sicher 30-45min einrechnen
