Edreen was one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve ever encountered! She met me to show me to the place and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. The location is so convenient, as it’s only a few minutes walk to many shops, restaurants and attractions like the SkyTower and the barbour. Everything was super clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Le studio de Lu est fidèle à l’annonce. Notre séjour a été parfait dans cet espace optimisé pour le confort. Tout était nickel🌟 et la literie très confortable. Lu a été aux petits soins, même à distance, toujours proactive. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions : mention spéciale pour les bonbons et les produits d’hygiène de qualité dans la salle de bain! Autre point positif : L’emplacement du studio est très pratique pour les transports, les promenades, les restaurants, etc Merci Lu!

Lovely apartment with everything needed for a couple. Thoughtful additions of home bakes and fruit bowl as well as coffee/tea etc., quality furnishings and bedding and a lovely outside area to sit. Best part was a 2min walk to a beautiful bay and able to buy decent coffee and breakfast there! Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

Life on water- Princess Wharf Apt. & fabulous view

The view of the harbor, boats and sunsets sets this place apart. The location is also great to be so close to the ferries and many restaurants. The apartment is clean and spacious, with all the supplies you need. Yudy was very responsive and we met Trevor at check in which is done in person. He was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to see and eat. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment- great views, very central, and with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Host was very proactive with communication and instructions were clear and accurate. Great spot to stay and a great host.

This is a great place to stay, very central to everything, very clean, great view from the balcony where you can see the cruise ships come in and out. Has a kitchen and a washing machine/ dryer. It’s a home away from home really great. Fully recommend.

Lovely little get away space. Nice and cosy for me and my little family. Enjoyed the pool, great view of the sky tower. Sharon communicated very well and quick to respond. We left something behind and Sharon was quick to help out, big thanks to her daughter for driving all the way out with a spare key 😅. Would gladly stay again.

The place is super easy to find with the provided instructions. It was very spacious and clean. Location is also convenient, as you’re only a few minutes walk away from attractions, bus stops, and lots of shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location especially for cruises. Good facilities. Restaurants within walking distance . Would suggest inclusion of a step stool as the dryer opening is quite high and visually difficult to see contents. A quicker response time from host would be appreciated for urgent/ time limited queries.( current response time via AirBnB is too long!)

Greet location in Auckland! You’re within walking distance of the wharf area including the ferries, shopping, and Sky City. Very beautiful view of water from apartment’s deck. Jonno was very responsive and his team at QV was helpful. I would recommend this place to those staying in Auckland.

This was my favorite airbnb stay in Auckland. The unit was cleaned really well and the view was so wonderful! The location is perfect for getting around the city and of course for any harbour tours/activities. Having the balcony was really special! Close to public transit and a woolies metro down the street. Highly recommend for a city stay!

If you're looking for a chic apartment in downtown Auckland for a couple or on your own, then this place ticks all your boxes. Fabulous shopping, restaurants and cafes right almost on your doorstep not to mention the ferry terminal almost across the road and Britomart transport hub almost next door. Saying, that it is quiet for an inner city apartment. Lloyd is very friendly and responsive and has great taste in furnishing and art! Just a cool place and location and would highly recommend.

Catherine went above and beyond as an awesome host. Friendly and helpful but not impinging on my privacy. Flexible with check in. Catherine was kind and generous and responsive to my needs. Her place is smaller but great! Comfy bed, decent size kitchen, great shower, awesome large balcony in a secure complex in a great central location with plenty of public transport and places to eat. I will definitely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay Catherine. 💜

We spent 4 nights at this property - overall we had a great experience, the room was very cozy and a nice place to relax, good location in CBD with most attractions within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if in Auckland.
