Die Unterkunft von Jay war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, man erreicht das Zentrum zu Fuss und ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Arthur’s Seat. Der Aufstieg ist sehr zu empfehlen, man wird mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Gegend belohnt! Jay war sehr zuvorkommend, hat immer sofort geantwortet. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt.

The apartment is located on a quiet street off the grassmarket, with lots of restaurants nearby and perfect for exploring Old Town on foot. You can see Edinburgh Castle from the living room, and it's a 10-minute to the top of the hill (if you don't get distracted by all of the shops along the way). Susie and Amit are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with fresh bread and pastry from a local bakery, which we paired with cheeses from a cheesemonger just up the street (Mellis Cheese Victoria Street). They also accommodated our request for an early check-in after our overnight international flight (a lifesaver), and they were quick to answer any questions when we arrived, even making a special trip over to check on the shower while we were sightseeing. The apartment's decor was very warm and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. We made good use of the table, which seats up to 4 people, and found that the kitchen covered all of our basic necessities. A great stay!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh! The location is great and walkable, with many restaurants, pubs, and parks nearby. Eddie was responsive, friendly, and gave us local recommendations. We loved it!

Where is a 6th star when you need it? This place was perfect for our needs. My wife and I were travelling with her elderly parents. This apartment is perfect for two couples. The bedroom's were spacious, the lounge and dining room were well appointed and the kitchen extremely functional. But it was the finishing touches that really made this place stand out. The TV had a high quality sound bar to make it sound great, the bathrooms had heated and light up mirrors, the windows in the bedrooms had remote control blinds, the grout and sealant was practically new. I felt like one of the first to stay in this spotless and well maintained property. Bearing in mind one of our party has mobility issues, the location was exceptional. It was near everything. The only complaint I had was that there was no corkscrew, which I easily remedied by visiting the Tesco around the corner. I've left it behind for future patrons (you're welcome). You would not regret hiring this simply stunning place.

Our group of 3 adults had a brilliant short stay at Katie's place. The apartment was easy to access, with full instructions and helpful photos provided ahead of check in. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for the three of us to relax. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and despite the city centre location, there wasn't too much noise at all. I had read some reviews suggesting that might not be the case but think that those guests had unreasonable expectations of a city centre apartment! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Merchant City with so many fantastic restaurants and bars as well as the brilliant Fruit Market music venue on the next steet which has a sensible curfew given the residential location. Good value for money, very well looked after and well equipped apartment in a beautiful, characterful building in a brilliant location. We would definitely return!

An obvious 5* rating, would have gone higher! The flat was meticulous; beautifully decorated, very clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, large shower, and a kitchen with all the amenities plus welcome food! We loved our stay here and will try hard to return. The location is perfect for restaurants, buses and walking to all Edinburgh has to offer. As two women on holidays it was a very safe neighbourhood and Ubers always arrived within 1 minute. We spent plenty of time in the living room with the two large windows overlooking a park and letting the sunshine stream in - it was beautiful. I love Edinburgh and now I love this place. You won't regret staying here.

My mother and I enjoyed this comfortable location. We cooked our meals, did grocery shopping close by and the kitchen had everything we needed. Locating and check-in was very easy. Plenty of space and clean. A lot of things to do around Edinburgh. We loved the historic locations, visited the puffins, did a mini island trip and soaked in the views.

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

Stylish accommodation in a great location for exploring the city.

First class accommodation in an excellent area with wonderful host and great communication. Wonderful meal downstairs at Giulianos and made us feel very welcome. Clean and nice flat in the heart of Edinburgh. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants are close by, within easy walking distance. It's on a side street with a bunch of nearby restaurants, so it was a bit noisy well into the night, so be sure to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also, there's no parking included, and the parking nearby is very expensive. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking to be close to everything in Edinburgh.

Absolutely perfect stay in Jing’s beautiful and huge appartment! The place looked exactly like shown in the photos, much bigger in reality! It was perfect distance to everything, close to the city, many restaurants around, and also 2 supermarkets near by. Jing is a great host, easy to get in touch with and was very clear with the instructions we needed. We were super happy with our stay and once we plan a new trip to Edinburgh we will for sure be back here!

Overall, this was a great apartment in a great location as it was easy for our golf and a short cab ride to get into Edinburgh and Leith.

Matt was a great, communicative host. The place was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. We did find the place less private than we knew what to expect, with other lodgers sharing the garden space but nothing to worry about, just a gentle remark for anyone looking for something completely theirs for their stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

When we arrived, Aimee came ouside to greet us, lovely lady, very friendly! Place looked exactly like the pictures, hot tub was spacious with different settings and temperature control. Also got to see the chickens in the backyard, and Aimee had picked out a few eggs and left them in a basket for us! Lovely place and amazing apartment, we felt right at home! Absolutely worth the stay!

Great Central position just off the Royal Mile. Lovely little flat. Just be aware it's three stories up, but will keep you fit.

We had an amazing stay at Gillian and Guy's place. We called when we got to the village and were given instructions on how to locate the property. Guy was already waiting for us and gave us a quick tour with all the information we needed. There was fresh flowers, easter eggs, prosecco, and a wee whiskey for us to enjoy. Decorated beautifully and well kitted out. The hottub is on all the time so we were able to get right on in and relax. The sofa was super comfy and the TV is huge, perfect for movie night. Will definitely be back
