Perfect for the night stay we needed before running in the Athens marathon that weekend! Adorable little 1 bedroom apartment.

Communication from host was excellent. Easy check-in & check-out. Parking is right outside the door. The unit was impeccably clean! Comfortable bed & pillows. Great location for events at Ohio University & easy walk to Uptown Athens. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

I had a fantastic stay at this charming 1 bed / 1 bath apartment! The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and the overall vibe of the apartment made it feel like a home away from home. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. From great local recommendations to quick responses whenever I had a question, they really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality!

It's a bargain, 30 minutes to Hocking Hills, 20 mins to Athens. Only $39 a night for your own fully furnished studio . Includes kitchen and full size washer/dryer and flat screen tv. You can even build a fire out back in the fire pit if you wish. The hosts were very responsive to my needs. For comparison pricing most camping spots in Hocking Hills go for $30-40 a night. I will definitely be going back. BTW great hiking in Hocking Hills during the day and great restaurants in Athens in the nightime

This was a very clean, cozy, and quiet place to stay when we visited Hocking Hills! The inside was newly done with cute decorations. The outdoor area is a nice place to hang out, and we caught and released many fish in the pond. A great choice and value for our getaway!

Dave was a great host. He answered any questions I had, before, during and after my stay without delay. The space is very peaceful and was perfect for my stay. The renovations he has done give the apartment a nice modern touch and look. The location is nice and quiet, which was perfect in the mornings and nights. Overall I had a good experience with Dave and his apartment!

Great place to stay. Everywhere was sold out in Athens and MacArthur was a quick 30-minute drive. The space was very clean and perfect for my husband and I. It is located in the downtown area, near cute shops and food.

Perfect place to stay. Absolutely spotless. I have never stayed in as clean a AirBnb as this place. Location is quiet and right next to almost everything you would need. I will definitely continue to book this place again and again.

We have stayed in Mill House B many times. This is our first time in Mill House A and C. We loved both!!! large updated kitchens and bathrooms...very comfy beds and easy access to the OU campus. We will be back!

We had a truly exceptional stay thanks to our amazing host. From the start, communication was outstanding…clear, prompt, and genuinely kind. The space itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. THE BED WAS SO COMFY!!!! Check-in was seamless and super convenient. What really set this experience apart, though, was how our host went above and beyond during an unexpected situation that had nothing to do with the Airbnb itself. She showed such compassion, flexibility, and generosity…doing everything in her power to help us through it. Her kindness turned a difficult circumstance into something far more manageable and positive, simply because of how caring and understanding she was. We’re so grateful for her support and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Melissa and Steve were excellent hosts. The place was very clean and comfortable and was like stepping back in time to my childhood home. I had one small issue out of their control and they responded immediately with a fix. I look forward to staying again when I'm back in town.

Perfect location in the center of town! Everything is very walkable. The town is filled with a bunch of friendly people. Recommend visiting the historical Society a couple doors down for great information about the area (open on Friday and Saturday). If you call ahead, you can make arrangements for a more in-depth historical experience. Fun restaurants, a couple shops, the city rolls up its carpets at 10 PM. The furniture is as pictured, very dated, but still comfortable. The Airbnb is located directly above the oldest hardware store in the State of Ohio. We had no issues during our weekends day.

Jamies airbnb was very clean, beautifully decorated, larger than expected, which was nice. The airbnb is in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere. We also loved the cookies she left for us! Highly recommend staying here.

This unit is new so there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out, but our Evolve contact Andi went above and beyond in their responsiveness and communication. This was such a a great place to stay!

Sarah's place was so cozy and relaxing. I would recommend this place to any friend and hope we can come back soon!The hot tub was amazing and the beds were really comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing getaway! Plenty of room to park, And there's a cute little picnic table in firing outside.

we enjoyed our stay at pine creek villas. it had beautiful scenery and everything matched the descriptions as listed. they were very responsive and quick to message back answer to any questions i had. my boyfriend forgot his hat and we didn’t realize until we checked out. i communicated this to them and they let us stop back to grab it. looking forward to booking with them again in the near future and taking my kiddos 🩶

As before, another great stay at Orchard Gables at the Zenner House! My daughter and I came down to OU for sibs weekend to visit our other daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. I’m sure we’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

Me & my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very quiet. The location was great, the nearby restaurants were very good. We’d come back again.

The house was inviting as soon as we arrived. Nite lights were left on, so we weren't stumbling for light switches. Beds seemed hard at first, but we all slept amazingly well! The house was spacious, yet cozy and we felt right at home.

This place was beautiful! Just like described, very peaceful, beautiful land. Host was so nice and helpful!
