Quiet private neighborhood, home was very clean and well comfortable

We loved staying in Gwyneth's Home Away from Home Townhouse. It was peaceful and cozy, and the location was perfect for us -- across from Lay Park and walkable to downtown restaurants. We enjoyed how calm and comfortable the space was, both inside and out. Gwyneth is a great host and left detailed instructions, which we very much appreciated. We hope to be back in Athens for another stay at Gwyneth's wonderful, peaceful townhouse retreat.

Gwyneth’s place was perfect for our group trip down to Athens for a Georgia football game. It was walkable to downtown and to the stadium which made getting around super easy.

Perfect location for everything. I would put n the notes that the back alley is where the parking is and entrance into the house. That was the only thing that I didn’t find until I drove past it.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

Jennifer was an excellent host. Very accommodating and great with communication. The house was clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. I especially appreciated the kind words and affirmations placed around the home. They added such a thoughtful touch. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return next time we're in town.

The house was beautifully decorated in a coloful style that was very cheerful and comfortable. Kay was easy to communicate and responded very quickly! Best of all, it was 5 min from the Classic Center and lots of downtown things to do. We will definitely be staying with Kay again.

Close to downtown Lawrenceville and other places we wanted to go. I appreciated: The check in and check out instructions were simple and clear. Plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, which make a difference in a stay. Comfortable beds. Simple checkout - we did not have to rush around taking care of a long list while still trying to leave by checkout time.

Quiet location, pristine room and comfortable bed.

This townhouse is so cute and perfect for a small family or a single female like myself . It had a modern interior and up-to-date, smart televisions in every room. Both bathrooms are pristine and extremely clean and so was the house. Host is extremely polite and communicated well. If I’m ever in Athens , I would love to come back to this location, especially because it’s perfect for easy access to downtown Athens

This was the perfect Airbnb for our family while we stayed there for 3 weeks. Had everything we needed. What was most important to us was that it was perfectly clean upon entering, had lots of open space for us to organize our things without feeling cluttered, and that it had all the amenities to feel like you were at home (full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, internet/smart TVs, very hot water for baths!). Dana/Sara were amazing hosts and responded promptly with any questions, and were also very flexible with my check-in time and checkout date. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

my stay at Tanner's was very nice. The place was clean, comfortable, and was the perfect place after a long days work. I highly recommend Tanner's place. I look forward to booking again.

If I’m honest, I felt more comfortable at Anaabel‘s place than at home that should be enough or 😇😎☺️ and I would absolutely comeback and recommend all my friends and the food. It’s amazing.

Quaint 2BR, 2BA townhouse conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins from UGA and downtown Athens (by car). This location is not within walking distance to anything, but its near the highway, and the area was quiet and safe. The host, Angelo, was responsive to all of my inquiries and requests. He was welcoming, accommodating and hospitable. The photos and descriptions provided within this listing were accurate. My family and I were in town for a few days, so it was suitable for our needs, comfortable and cost effective.

This was my second stay at Mannie’s place! The room was cozy, and exactly as described. Mannie was an excellent host. He is responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to UGA. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
