Love staying at Marie's condo in Sea Colony. This was the first time that we were in Bethany Beach in early May in many years. It was fun seeing the community get ready for the upcoming season. Marie is proactive and responsive. Her place is perfect for 2 people. :)

Great spot, responsive host, overall great experience!

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

Everything was great. Wonderful location, great amenities, clean and beautiful view. Hosts were very responsive. We would definitely come back.

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

Sea Colony is a beautiful resort in Bethany Beach. We were looking for a beach experience, so we didn't participate in the various activities - tennis! There is a fee of $55 per person on top of the AirBnB fee but there is much to offer for this fee. It is due when you check in. The unit has a balcony with a view of the beach. The bath has a tub which needs a bath mat to avoid slipping. Since the weather was perfect we didn't spend much time in the unit. Be sure to bring towels, wash cloths and linens. Kitchen has both K-cup and drip coffee makers.

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Stayed with grandparents, a child and pets and it never felt crowded! Paul answered any questions we had. We loved the decor and location, would definitely stay here again!

Rebecca is so awesome! I hope to book a stay at her lake house location next! We loved the deck/porch out back - it was soooo relaxing and peaceful. There was even construction happening next door but it didn’t bother us because we enjoyed our time so much! Thanks for being an amazing host :-)

A peaceful stay for visiting and recovering from the busy nearby towns. We stayed for a fall weekend getaway and Zully's listing was perfect for us. My partner and I enjoyed the privacy and quiet nature of the property. It was a well needed contrast to the busy restaurants, beaches, and park we visited, which were only a 20-minute drive away. It was our dog's first Airbnb stay, and she loved it even more than us. The property has a very large yard with ample walking space. There are also well cared for chickens on the property, which our dog loved watching through the window.

Jacki's home was so lovely and perfect for a weekend getaway with some friends. We brought our dog who absolutely loved the fenced-in yard and extra loved the mountain of toys stocked in the house!

Great location for peaceful vacation. Very clean, everything was very comfortable. We will return.

Peaceful location at the end of the road of a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the covered back porch and upper balcony overlooking the marsh. Excellent place to see shorebirds, and close to the major parks to see the wild ponies. House was clean and cozy. Thank you, Joseph, for being our host!

We had an amazing stay at The Hudson House. Immediately after walking in, I felt right at home. The house was big, but so cozy. This was my first Airbnb but definitely won’t be my last. Allen was always very quick to respond to my messages. He also had a very friendly tone to his messages. I have family in Salisbury. This will be my go to place, if available, each time I visit Salisbury.

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood! Kitchen was well-equipped. Convenient location was an easy walk to the town of Rehoboth. Linda was very responsive to our questions and at check-in she walked us through how to use the appliances.

Ana's place is right on the lake and a few blocks from the beach. Its next to the school with a nice playground and tennis courts. We loved kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake, enjoyed biking in the area and took a ferry to Cape May. The place was clean and cozy, a bit tight for a family with kids. We had a good stay.

Loved the place! Would be happy to visit again during the summer.. very close to the beach just a short drive, located on a one way highway just to note. Had the best time! Thank you!

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

The setting was very peaceful - surrounded by tall pine trees with lots of space between buildings, which is rare for a beach community. The kitchen and furnishings were a bit older but worked just fine for our beach week. Very convenient to the pool and tennis courts. The parking pass for beach parking was very helpful though we also took the trolley and walked to town once. The screened-in porch is lovely.

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Autumn's house. The house itself was really lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. And the location was unbeatable: near enough to the beach and restaurants in town to walk everywhere, but in an adorable and quiet neighborhood. (We were visiting in the off season, so probably things are more hectic in the summer, but I would absolutely pick this house over other options in the future). Autumn was also very communicative and responsive. A great find all around.

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.
