My family of 5 stayed at this house during our trip to Jeju Island, and we really enjoyed it! The house is beautiful and spacious, with more than enough room for us. It was clean and everything looked new. There is a great seafood restaurant on the coast about a 10 minutes walk away and a convenience store on the corner. We loved the heated floors after coming home from the cold outside. We would definitely stay at this house again if we make it to Jeju in the future!

It was an amazing find for a group of people. Our stay was nothing but amazing!

Logement parfait, mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. Très spacieux, sur 3 étages. Tout était propre! Nous avons profité de la piscine, nous étions seuls à chaque fois. Très agréable séjour chez Elton et Jin.

전체적으로 흠을 잡을것이 특별히 없을정도로 좋았습니다. 소통도 빨리빨리 잘 되었고 위치도 좋았어요. 가족들 편하게 머무르기에 정말 좋았습니다. 청소상태도 나쁘지않았구요. 침대만 조금만 더 신경써주시면 완벽할거 같아요. 그렇다고 청소가 덜 되었다는건 아닙니다. 무튼 나중에 치앙마이 다시 온다면 또 머물고 싶어요.

We are a family of three with a three year old child. We stayed for a month in Jan-Feb 2025. We loved this house because of the huge living space. Toys were provided (toy trucks, lego) and a big baby travel cot. Location was handy for walking to the Old City (though tricky with a pram) as well as grocery shops, including a big international one (Topps). We cooked at home a lot so appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We stayed during cooler weather so lack of aircon downstairs wasn't a problem. Some things to bear in mind, especially if travelling with young children. There are some inaccuracies in the listing/photos, e.g., no bikes, balcony chairs. Bedroom doors lock from inside so you should request the door keys. The balcony door doesn't lock with a key so can be opened from the inside. No stair gate. Several houses in the street were being renovated when we were there and sometimes the daytime noise was unbearable - the host is responsive, so it's worth enquiring in advance.

I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

Emmy 以及 Daniel 是很好的房東，在我們入住的時候與我們碰面，詳細的解說了住房的規則，電器的使用方法，以及他們為我們提供的資源以及食品。我們在入住或是在台南旅遊期間有任何住房或是觀光景點的問題，都能夠透過 AirBNB 即時向 Emmy 及 Daniel 詢問求助並獲得回覆。 完整的廚房以及饗食空間讓我們能品嚐外帶回來的街頭美食，也能料理蔬果以均衡營養。 我和我的家人都非常滿意這次住宿的經驗，有機會回到台南旅遊的話，Emmy 以及 Daniel 的房源肯定會我們的首選。 需特別注意： 這是一間老宅翻新的房源，所以隔音上會有侷限，會聽得到用水時水壓加壓的泵浦聲。住在最上層的房客會聽到鳥禽降落在鐵板屋頂上的腳步聲，還有下雨時雨水滴落的交響曲。最底層的雙單人床房沒有窗戶，而且在一張床的側面牆上掛著很大的一台電視，睡覺時要小心，不然會容易踢到。

The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Aki’s traditional home was a window into daily life for many Taiwanese. A temple and small vegetable market are tucked away from the main streets to serve the neighborhood of small alley streets. This area has not been gentrified and there are vacant plots and not many modernized homes, but Aki’s renovation of his space was done excellently. Aki thoughtfully has put enough outlets and lights in the bedroom area, bathroom and kitchen and we did light cooking daily. Aki reached out proactively to make sure we were well taken care of. He even came part way through the stay and did a refresh for us. There are ladder-type stairs from the bedroom down to the bathroom, but we maneuvered slowly if getting up in the night. As a couple we felt comfortable in the area at all times of the day or night. Besides being tucked away and quiet, the neighborhood was near bigger markets, great restaurants and many tourist areas. The space was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again.

our stay was amazing for our group of 10+ people! the Airbnb was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently had a wash house on the first floor. the only minor issue was a slight sewage smell in two of the bathrooms after a few days, but it didn’t affect our overall comfort. we’d definitely recommend this place for large groups!

Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.

We stayed in this unit for 5 days and 4 nights and we'd really recommend this cozy unit. Thank you maam and sir for accommodating us. We really felt comfortable during our stay. Salamat sab sa pagservice sa amo to and from our seminar venue. It made our stay more convenient and safe. Sa uulitin po. God bless ❤️

Everything’s perfect except we had to wait around 20 minutes at the guard house because their office didn’t inform the guards about the additional person we added.

Our family of five had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. We were originally booked at a different unit, but it was cancelled last minute due to a water supply issue. Thankfully, Ms. Aileen came to the rescue and truly saved our vacation. Her place was perfect—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The nearby stores and mall made everything convenient, from dining to shopping. Our kids especially loved the pool. It was calm and safe, and they had such a great time swimming and playing in a very family-friendly environment. What made our stay even more special was Ms. Aileen’s kindness and hospitality. She provided a full supply of drinking water for our family, along with free coffee and toiletries. She also took the time to guide us on where to buy our needs. we're so greatful for her warm welcome and the smooth and fast transaction. we would love to stay again. highly recommended💯

Had a great stay at Niraj's place. It was clean, well maintained and provided complete privacy.

I could write a book about this place and the host Jacob and his wife. But instead I wanna share a teaser to encourage whoever is reading this review to not sleep on this place. From the time we landed which our flight was delayed until the time we departed, Jacob was accessible helpful and accommodating. The place is as beautiful as the pictures and super clean. We ask for a chef and food was great ladies were so nice. Every and anything we needed the hosts were responsive within minutes. Transportation, food, shops, all are right at your finger tips. Patong Beach has so much and if you travel the opposite direction you have the Night Market. Jacob even came over and conversated with us for a few minutes, you can not ask for more. And to top it off our flight was early and the host not only set the transportation up but he got up to see us off at 5:30am. That is what sealed the deal forme definitely coming back to rent both units that are side by side. Thanks again to Jacob you rock!

Soumya and Sundeep's place is an absolute bliss in this little off the city neighborhood. The place was clean and spacious enough, and the property in all, was beautiful and green. All amenities were available, and the hosts are a text away to help you with anything you might need. I'd certainly recommend this place, beyond doubt, if you want to stay in a peaceful neighborhood in Bengaluru, but also have access to all amenities within a few hundred meters.
