Отличная небольшая квартира, есть все необходимое и 2 рабочих места. Единственный минус - кондиционер только в спальне. Посуды достаточно для готовки. В комнате было чисто и убирались достаточно хорошо и вовремя. Классно что на крыше джакузи. Также понравился сам дом, везде очень зелено и красиво)) рядом есть магазин со всем необходимым, овощная лавка, на первом этаже вкусное кафе где можно позавтракать) Хозяйка всегда была на связи и решала все проблемы если они возникали очень быстро, спасибо❤️

Not a first visit. It was great to stay at this place again. Host is very friendly and caring as usual. We love the location as per everything is very handy. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend for other small families.

This unit was clean, uncluttered and furnished well. Every appliance and faucet and electrical outlet worked. It’s well kept and not worn down. It’s a short walking distance to the beach and the main center of town. The host was always on site and very accommodating and responsive. If she couldn’t help, she had someone who could. The unit is well worth the price.

Enjoyed the place. Very convenient place for everything. Kids friendly and enjoyed the pool. Robinsons Place right around the corner, lots to do. and lots of restaurants in the vicinity and entertainment.

the location was amazing! it had everything we needed from conbinis to restaurants to a dryer. it is not far to walk to the station as well. the place is quite small actually but it fits 2 people. won’t be able to open 2 huge luggages at once though.

Beautiful location with amazing view. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and had everything you need for life. The staff was very friendly and helped to get to the store or the beach. Great pool and facilities. The extra cost was a bit unexpected as i didn't read the description but it's not big. Definitely recommend this place to visit!

Everything about the place was fantastic—truly outstanding. There were just a few electricity issues from time to time, but the inverter took care of that. It would also be great to have cleaning services available for longer stays.

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and absolutely worth it. We arrived earlier than expected (our check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM), but since the unit was already available, Pekka allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted us upon arrival (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful). She took the time to show us around and explain where everything was. Bringing our luggage up was easy too since the building has an elevator. The location is also great—it’s just a short walk to D’Mall. The only minor downside is that e-trikes don’t drop passengers off right in front of Scandi unless it’s a special trip. They usually drop you at the corner, so you’ll need to walk a bit, but it’s manageable. Also, during rainy days, water tends to pool at the corner of the road, which can be inconvenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth it!

It is one of the most comfortable stay we ever had in the Philippines. We loved the space, the amenities, the location and the way the host communicated with us. Everything we needed for our stay was there, which was really nice as we stayed for more than 2 weeks with a baby! The washing machine was really helpful for us as well as the well equipped kitchen that made us feel more at home. And we also appreciated the fact that they provided a crib for our baby! We will surely book this place again when we are back for another holiday in the Philippines! Highly recommended!

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to feel right at home — from a fully equipped kitchen to laundry facilities. The bedrooms were super comfortable and had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. And the highlight? The three adorable cats! I'm already missing Pingu — such a sweet companion. Would definitely stay again!

Die Wohnung war sehr toll geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu zweit. Die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend! Die Lage war auch sehr super, mit zahlreichen Bus- und auch einer Ubahnanbindung direkt in der Nähe. Man fühlte sich sehr sicher in der Umgebung und es war auch immer etwas los. Die Kommunikation war auch toll. Da wir sehr früh morgens mit dem Flugzeug ankamen, wurde uns sogar ein viel früherer Check-in ermöglicht. Das hat uns sehr viel geholfen!

Lovely home with a beautiful view, especially the sunset. The apartment was super clean with a lot of towels and 2 bath robes and daily cleaning service. Host was super helpful and friendly. Would book again :)

It was such a pleasant stay, Peaceful and not very far from the happening places. Easy to communicate and loaded with all the amenities mentioned.

Came here to celebrate a birthday, have to say the place is absolutely wonderful! Exactly as the pictures describe it. The host is responsive and the check-in was super seamless. Everything was clean and tidy when we checked in. Highly recommend it to anyone planning to go out to spend quality time with family or a loved one.

This is a great place to stay right near the action. It's a large one bedroom apartment with a great little kitchen, dining table and huge lounge that was great for watching Netflix etc. The bathroom has a jacuzzi that was nice to relax in. The building is a bit old, but it was still a great place to stay. No issues with noise outside and a great breakfast and bar next door at the Wild Orchid and the new Malaysian restaurant across the street. The massage place opposite is great too. Definitely recommend Nigels place, he was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Miu Miu was an excellent super host! She came personally and helped us with whatever I asked for. She arranged cleaning for us every alternate day at a reasonable price. She subscribed for sports channels for us to watch the Eurocup. She was very flexible. The place was in an excellent location surrounded by malls on all sides. Central Chitlom, central world, platinum fashion mall, Gaysorn village were all within 5mins of walking distance. But my most favourite was the view from the apartment of Bangkok. The pool was also gorgeous on the 42nd floor with the top covered so rain or shine, you can always swim. Overall can't wait to go back and stay here.
