Centrally located, Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking

Here you can fish (catch & release), walk through field or trees, around pond or just relax at outdoor table / bench. Lots of animals and birds for nature views. Also, field fire pit, horse shoe pit and peddle boat use with permission and life jacket use.

It is conveniently located for canoeing, hiking, horse back riding, and area attractions such as Malabar Farms, Amish communities, and various Country markets. The unit is full of local flair, beautifully decorated, and lots of photos of the animals we raise on our Texas Longhorn Ranch.
