The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. It has a kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is small, so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 5 mins ). Features a spacious patio with a firepit ( I have plenty of firewood no need to being your own ). Close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed.
