Kichu's place is a lovely home by the Mandrem beach. It is the first house by the beach and hence the beach is super accessible. The house is beautiful and has the perfect Goa vibe. It has been kept very well and the aesthetics were beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would visit again!

We had a wonderful stay with family at Yulia’s 1 BHK apartment in North Goa! The location was perfect – close to great restaurants and a beautiful beach, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. Although Yulia wasn’t on-site, she was highly responsive and communicated well over the phone, ensuring everything went smoothly. The caretaker was also very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again!

It is a uniquely designed property I came here with the purpose of seeking myself with calmness in the daily chaos and i wouldn't deny that i made the right choice by choosing the Hobbit house . Surrounded withlush green nature, birds chirping throughout the day added to the peace and calmn Badal bhaiyya was helpful and carried a polite and joyful gesture

A Delightful Overnight at Aaicho Wado, Pernem What a lucky find this was! I only wish I had booked it for a few more days. Aaicho Wado, a traditional Goan wado beautifully restored by Ranjita, is truly a serene haven. Her curation reflects a refined aesthetic sensibility—something an art aficionado like me truly appreciated. Every corner of the house is adorned with thoughtfully chosen artefacts that give the space a soul. The villa is airy, spacious, and filled with light. A highlight for me was the tranquil prayer room that lends a calm, almost spiritual energy to the whole place. Lalitji, the caretaker, was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The early morning stillness here has etched itself into my core memories. My parents and teenage son loved the stay just as much—it’s rare to please three generations at once! Amey, no doubt is an amazing host. Arranged transportation for my parents who reached early and helped them check-in to his property. Suggested good places to visit and dine. He made sure we were comfortable during the stay then be it arranging food or going an extra mile to arrange some essentials even without asking. Real life example of Atithi devo bhava. 100% must visit property and experience the hospitality of super host Amey.

Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.

really nice apartment and super kind hosts. we had a great view from our balcony over a temple and close to some good restaurants and beach. good value and clean. hopefully one day I'll be back
