My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

Lovely place to stay for a few night. It's right in the centre so you can explore all that Rye has to offer. Living room is bright and sunny and the bedroom is cosy but also roomy enough for all your things.

Lovely flat opposite the quite, clean beach and a short walk from Broadstairs town centre and all the lovely cafes and restaurants.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

Lads had a great stay, easy check in and good communication. would stay again if in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Alana’s place it was well equipped everything you needed and more. Clean and very homely feel to the place Would recommend Alana herself was very friendly and quick to respond not that we had any problems. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cute place 😊

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub mit unserem Kind und unserem kleinen Hund im Appartement. Von der Größe her war es völlig ausreichend. Es gab alles, was man benötigt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil man vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Strand blicken kann. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür. Kleine Geschäfte, Supermarkt und viele Restaurants sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Balkon liegt im Schatten, dort ist leider zu keinem Zeitpunkt Sonne, was im Sommer sicher angenehm ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Outstanding in every respect - a real find! The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and in an excellent location only a few minutes stroll from the seafront. The flat is equipped throughout to a very high standard, and is full of thoughtful little extras which made our stay really special. A real home from home - very highly recommended.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. A well located apartment. Very easy to find and check into. Inside we found a cosy, peaceful and beautifully decorated apartment. Lots of space for two people. Local shops and eateries in the high street just around the corner. We highly recommend and would happily stay again
