Peter’s house was beautifully decorated, conveniently located and had all the comforts of home. Not to mention impeccably clean!! A walk up the block brings you right to the heart of Seaside Park for their flea and farmers markets. You can see the weekly fireworks perfectly from either deck. Crabbing is just across the street and the beach a short bike ride. The layout of Peter’s home is perfect for families with young children and can accommodate additional guests with ease. We were pleasantly surprised by the living/dining area which is even better than the pictures show - a great communal spot to come together after a day at the beach (the outdoor shower was another highlight for us). Overall, Peter was a thoughtful and responsive host! We hope to return and make more memories!

Patty was amazing! This is the second time staying in her home, and again, it did not disappoint. It was nice that we knew the expectations and Patty shared information about the home before we got there. She has been and was again very responsive to any needs or questions. Her backyard is fabulous and perfect for reading in the gazebo, having coffee on the deck, or taking a cat nap in the hammock. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit, but that too was a great space! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother in law that uses a cane.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay at Kitty’s beach house, which is exactly as described. The beds are super comfortable, very clean & within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. I really enjoyed the massage chair in the living room too. Kitty is a kind & accommodating person who answered text messages very quickly. You cannot go wrong selecting this property for your beach stay.

Beautiful home , great space. Enjoyed the time we spent there . Erica was very helpful and was quick to respond to messages. Not too far from the beach and good location to get to and from .

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

Great, clean space at a great location. Having on-site parking was very helpful. Nice ocean views from multiple rooms.

Talk about the perfect stay in Asbury! It was a perfect location and perfect amount of space. There were so many little touches that made it a great stay from trash cans in every room, to full length mirrors, extra towels and perfect decorations that made it feel homey. It was also incredibly clean and Anne was an excellent communicator!

Great place, it's not my first time staying with Mark and I keep returning. Highly recommended!

Henry’s house was perfect for our weekend stay at the Jersey shore. The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. Henry was a helpful host and the minute you walk into the place you can tell he cares about his guests. Great place, great host, 10 minute drive to the beach and reasonably priced.

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Great apartment in an ideal location… 2 blocks from both the beach and Main St Ocean Grove and a 10 minute walk to downtown Asbury Park. Area was quiet and easy to find parking in April (but probably much trickier in summer). The hosts were immediately responsive and helpful when I encountered an issue with my apartment lock during my stay. I also appreciated a few amenities that I think should be standard, but I haven’t found in the other properties I’ve stayed at in town (namely, a tote bag, a curling iron, and more importantly, a Brita pitcher).

The air bnb was great, beds were clean and comfortable. The apartment is clean and a nice and quiet location

Annette and John are gracious hosts, the property is excellent, and the little touches they provide make for an exceptional stay! Love being at the Jersey shore!

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Dawn is an excellent Host and was always responsive to all my questions. House was clean. We had everything needed for our stay. Place is overall comfy and cozy. Location was great for all places we went!

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

Allways like staying here . Feel right at home. Easy parking and easy walking .

We had a fun stay at Jennifer’s condo. The place was clean and organized. Even had beach chairs and board games for us to use. Everything from the boardwalk to restaurants and other activities within walking distance, I’d recommend this place for sure.
