Eller kjenn på roen i et deilig varmt bad i stampen, utenfor huset.

Sjönära 1800-talsgård med ostört läge

Välkommen till detta fritidsparadis, 100 meter till sjön Värmeln. En komplett gård från 1800-talet med ladugård, härbre, bodar, gärdsgård och bastu och badbrygga. Gården ligger högt belägen, omgiven av en stor gårdstun med två möblerade uteplatser, gräsmattor, bärbuskar, fruktträd. Här har ni en vid utsikt över sjö, ängar, skog och den gamla byn Nussviken. Vid den egna stranden finns vedeldad bastu, badbrygga, kanot, kajak och roddbåt att låna. För barn finns gunga, sandlåda och lekstuga.

It has been the owners property for almost 30 years and is in privat use.

Or, relax on in front of the fireplace with a good book. There are endless possibilities to enjoy a fun, pieceful and healthy holiday in Swedish Värmland. All seasons have their own charm.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

Welcome to Lyckänga and Värmland countryside. We rent out our small cottage, located on the plot next to our residential building. A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

Fjäll

Charmigt och mysigt hus på landet, där man kan bo året runt. Ett idylliskt ställe där man kan koppla av, nära till skog, sjöar, naturreservat och fantaskiska kantarell ställen. Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.

Stuga utanför Åmotfors

Mysig lillstuga mellan Arvika och Charlottenberg. Nära till Nysockensjön, ca 200m till stranden. Tyst och lugnt läge. 3 st sängar, en 180cm bred dubbelsäng, 120cm och en 90cm bred säng. Privat altan, kamin finns, nytt badrum. 10 minuters bilfärd till mataffär 15 min med bil till Eda golfbana 20 min i bil till Charlottenbergs shoppingcenter 10 min till en av landets bästa Discgolf bana 20 min med bil till slalom i Valfjället Rökfritt
