I really think the photos do not do this place justice. It's way roomier than it looks in photos and the absolute luxury of the place is understated. The huge TV and incredible soundbar in the lounge is perfect for the dreary, rainy weather we had. The fully stocked kitchen has literally anything you could hope for. The underfloor heating kept the whole place wonderfully cozy. The rain shower with the beautiful view had perfect pressure and heated up immediately. And to top it all off, STUNNING views directly from the bed. You can't find better, book this place ASAP!

We can highly recommend this Abnb. Good host with good communications. House is great and easily accommodated three families (12 in total). Lovely, clean, two bathrooms meant we all managed eaisliy to get showers etc. Certainly stay again. Lots to do in and around Castle Hill, suggest Mistletoe Track, reasonable effort but rewarded with a great view.

What a lovely off grid stay! Cost cabin in such an amazing remote location. Was great to shut off and read, sew and nap!

A beautiful home in a peaceful area! It was close to everything we needed, and the host was great - leaving a welcome gift was such a thoughtful gesture as well! Loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi, and overall the facilities, cleanliness and location was perfect!

I love arriving at an Airbnb and finding that I do not have to provide the basics to live there for a few days. Lily provided the washing-up soap, dishwasher powder, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There were even clothes-washing tabs. We had most of these things as we were travelling, but it was great to find out that if I thought of something, it was already ready to hand. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the towels were fluffy and soft. Lily was clear with her instructions and communications. All in all, a superb experience and hassle-free. The walk into the centre of Christchurch took 15 minutes, but for the most part, we used Uber, which was cheap, and the rides were plentiful.

Wow! Sally’s AirBnB at Hokitika was just lovely. A stylish, comfortable and well located home away from home. My one regret is only booking for one night, I wish I stayed longer. If I could, I would give this AirBnB a higher rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+🌟
