Connie’s house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We loved the 3 bedrooms & the main living area. She even had delicious brownies for our arrival. I had a few questions and she quickly responded and was so helpful and kind. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the town square which has great restaurants & a supermarket. It’s also a short walk to Crystal Bridges Art Museum, the Razorback Greenway & endless mountain bike trails. I highly recommend this property.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

We booked this place for my son's birthday weekend and it was easy to find and clean. It was close enough that we could walk around and enjoy the surrounding area. Our host was super nice and informative about things going on downtown for our weekend trip.

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Great location for both what I was in town for (gravel biking in Goshen) as well as proximity to downtown/campus by biking (or car). Neighborhood was peaceful with grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner, and biking paths are not too far away either. I appreciated Dean being flexible with an earlier check in time which allowed me to see more of Fayetteville than I otherwise would have. The first floor could be described as a bit dated and I found it to be a little dark down there but this would absolutely not stop me from staying here again.

Such a great location for a weekend at the races!

We had a great stay at Ali and Adams! Beautiful townhome on the lake and was very convenient for us to visit family. We are from the area and come to town often and would absolutely book here again!

The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short walk to campus and close to great coffee shops and restaurants. The space was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We’ll definitely stay here again on future trips!

Leah's place was so comfortable. The beds were comfy and furnished and decorated in a beautiful style. We loved the apt. Leah and husband were very responsive to any requests and were very nice and friendly. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations.!! We will return in the future.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were super cozy, and the neighborhood was incredibly quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near shops & restaurants. Our host (Amanda) was friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, super fast wifi, and even a detailed welcome note. This spot felt like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great home in downtown Bentonville, walking distance to several restaurants and coffee! This was a last minute reservation and we were happily surprised that this home was available with such short notice, great hosts and we would stay again.

Cohova’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home was very clean and looked exactly like the photos listed. The area was nice and peaceful. The hosts communicated timely and always ensured we had everything we needed. I would definitely book again!

I really loved staying at the Trailblazer. I was on a business trip with a colleague and we each had privacy but also the accommodations felt luxurious. The area is highly walkable with many restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The garage was a welcome feature. Great area for going for walks, jogging, exploring the downtown Bentonville area, and also very quiet.

Bright and beautiful, comfortable and clean! Peaceful Paradise lived up to its name for us. This two level unit is right on Lake Raymond and was well fitted out with everything we needed for our visit to Bella Vista. The unit has sliders from the living area and master bedroom out to a large deck overlooking the lake and a slider on the lower living area out to a second large deck with stairs leading directly down to yet a third deck right on the water’s edge. The massive kitchen island and new appliances made meal prep a breeze, and there are plenty of places to sit, eat, relax and enjoy something to eat and drink. We also really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and all of the birds and other wildlife in and around the Lake. We are hoping that we can come here again soon - maybe in the Fall to soak in the Fall colors on Lake Raymond and surrounding areas.

Michaels place was so great! The location was easy access to all of Searcy. The space was large, clean, and well stocked. It was easy to manuever a wheelchair and made our stay away from home much easier!

The house was exactly how it was pictured. It is very cozy and very close to campus. Enc was quick to answer any request. We love staying at this house and will pick it again when in the area!

It's easy to tell that these folks work in the education field based on how thorough and organized the guest info binder was! It was a great touch on top of an already great place!

Great place to stay, James is very easy to talk to and he responds very fast. Hot springs has lots family friendly things to do, the townhouse was cozy, peaceful, and very clean inside. Our family had a ton of fun playing board games puzzles we walked on the golf course trail, it was just a great wonderful relaxing visit. Can't wait to go back!

Para mi gusto, las camas son demasiado blandas. Me gustarían más firmes, pero para quien le guste así, las van a disfrutar. La cochera es muy amplia, caben varios autos y la zona techada es grande

5 stars isn’t enough for this place, I would give it 20 if I could! Just a phenomenal place from the location, to the space of the condo, and even the cleanliness of it as well. Whenever I come to Little Rock again, this will definitely be the first place I’ll look for.

All was as described, and was neat and clean. Nice size living room to gather in the evening. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes and cooking tools. Great for the 4 of us!
