This place was just great. Quite big and spacious for us as a family of 5. The apartment was recieved in great clean condition. And it was fully stocked with all the necessary supplies one can think of. Giorgi and Tamar are brilliant hosts. perhaps the Kindest hosts I have come across. They accomodated all our requests. There is a fully functional huge kitchen. the night views from the balcony are great. It's recommended to park behind the building. On the main street it's very tough to find a parking spot. The location is on the main road, and convenient to all grocery store. Shawarma shop right below with the tastiest shawarma. In short - It's the perfect comfortest home you can think of.

This was the best vacation rental experience of my life. The apartment has everything you need an amazing view from the balcony. Aleksi was amazing with arrival instructions and overall the most hospitable vacation rental host I’ve ever had.

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue encantadora. Con excelente iluminación, ventilación y comodidad, nos sentimos como en casa. El ascensor moderno facilitó todo, y la vista desde el balcón fue simplemente mágica: Tiflis se desplegaba ante nosotros como una pintura viva, perfecta para selfies o fotos memorables tanto de día como de noche. Este lugar fue testigo de un abanico de emociones humanas, desde risas hasta momentos introspectivos, dejando recuerdos que ya forman parte de nuestra historia personal. Los anfitriones, siempre atentos y amables, respondieron con rapidez y calidez ante cualquier situación. Sin duda, una experiencia inolvidable que recomendamos con entusiasmo.

Очень уютная и стильная двухуровневая квартира, полностью соответствует описанию. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — от посуды до стиральной машины. Чисто, просторно, приятная атмосфера. Особенно понравилось зонирование — отличный вариант как для пары, так и для одного гостя. Единственный момент — винтовая лестница между этажами может быть немного неудобной, особенно с чемоданами или если вы с детьми. Но в целом это не критично и не мешает наслаждаться отдыхом. Wonderful place! The cabin is incredibly cozy and full of soul — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay and even more. It was warm and peaceful, and the panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking. There’s even a projector, so we enjoyed watching movies in the evenings — such a nice touch! We were picked up in Sioni and brought to the cabin by jeep, and the same on the way back — very helpful. Since there are no shops nearby, I’d recommend bringing enough food in advance. This place gave me a kind of rest I haven’t experienced anywhere else — truly relaxing for both body and soul. I definitely will come back ❤️

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.

this is a great place to check out the wineries in the area, because you cam reach them by foot. there are restaurants and shops right by the flat, so really everything that is needed.
