La estancia en el piso de Elena fue muy bueno. Es conversadora y me indicó sitios a los cuales ir a comer algo. Fue muy amable y atenta y los espacios correspondían a lo indicado. No dudaría en recomendarla a otros viajeros.

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The location of this apartment and the outdoor balcony up so high you could look out over the rooftops of the city is what sold me on this place. The metro is right there, grocery store around the corner and all the hustle and bustle of the city is right there. You will need to fall asleep to the sounds of the city most nights. The place was clean and the host was very responsive to my communications. When I tripped an electric circuit and could not get the electricity back on from the panel, someone came over within the hour and took the necessary steps to restore power. No issues after that. Like most of Madrid's buildings, the apartment is in an older building that is still a work in progress such as elevator updating, wall imperfections and ceiling floor sound carrying. But given the ideal location, we were satisfied with our arrangements.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Piso en localización muy buena. Todo tipo de servicios nada más salir del edificio. Todo muy limpio. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de dos semanas. Oscar fue super flexible y diligente ayudándonos a modificar las fechas y con la hora de salida. Recomendado sin dudas. Muchas gracias!

La estadia fue excelente. El apartamento tiene 2 cuartos cada uno con cama matrimonial (2 personas) y un sofa cama en la sala para 2 personas. Muy cómodas todas las camas. Todo muy limpio. Los hosts muy amables y siempre responden a las dudas. Queda muy cerca a dos estaciones de tren y a gran via.

Lugar magnífico y servicio excepcional. No se puede acceder en coche (es el centro de Toledo), pero existe la posibilidad de parking privado a cinco minutos andando. El apartamento tiene todos los servicios necesarios, a pesar de tratarse de una casa histórica, y ofrece un servicio de desayuno muy completo. El anfitrión nos dio instrucciones claras y se mostró disponible durante toda la estancia. Gracias!

Very responsive host. Good location to walk to the Gran Via and next by the metro station Tribunal Highly appreciated the request of late check out exceptionally after we run the semi marathon !

El apartamento es muy lindo, amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Nos hemos Sentido como en casa. Ideal para 5 o 6 personas. La ubicación es muy buena. El anfitrión muy atento. Volvería a elegir este apartamento si vuelvo a Madrid .

This is a great appartment in the center of Madrid, with all amenities needed for a short stay. Communication was easy at all times and the appartment was clean and comfortable.

Espaço organizado, limpo e próximo da Puerta del Sol e Gran Via. Gostamos muito de ficar o fim de semana no apartamento de Fran e Isabel e voltaríamos a nos hospedar! Obrigado!
