We loved the hot tub, comfy beds and location to many different things.

Albert was a very responsive host. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The ac in the living room and bedrooms worked great. We loved hanging out on the rooftop patio with a super ocean view and breeze. We didn't have any issues with the internet or tv. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

El lugar esta literalmente frente a la playa y a una corta caminata de la poza del obispo. Cerca de muchas playas y restaurantes. El host fue muy comunicativo.

Abner and Virelys home was outstanding. To begin with, if you want an authentic and chill PR experience you must stay in the Barceloneta/Arecibo region, and more specifically the Islote barrio. It’s heaven! Their house was immaculate. The oceanfront provided sea breezes and waves crashing that you could enjoy from their awesome balcony while drinking your coffee at sunrise or your wine at sunset. Truly relaxing. AC in the bedrooms made sleeping very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could stay in to cook when needed. Abner brought us cocoanuts from his tree and we had fresh cocoanut juice. There are also horses behind the house and many in the area to see. They were readily available for any questions/concerns and provided suggestions for many things to experience in the area. Do yourself a favor when in PR, stay at Abner and Virelys.

This property is true paradise - the best place on the Island! This was my 2nd time staying at this location and I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this property and it is suitable for couples or families. The location is directly on the beach, with food and restaurant options nearby.

The beach access is really special. So much to explore. It’s not visible from the yard but a very short walk through the back yard leads you to rock formations, tide pools, and a beach to the right. The beach is rough, not for swimming and surfing but great for walking and a quick dip. Near Arecibo — go to Poke Si there. The home is simple and could use some love, but it’s clean and the outdoor space and proximity to the beach made it worth it. There’s a house with some chickens and dogs next door - didn’t bother us, but worth noting.

My friend and I were meeting for a self-care, girls weekend -- this stay was perfect. First, the hosts were so nice and helpful, from a tiny bit of gate trouble (taken care of quickly), to a dinner rec and responsiveness during checkout -- overall great experience. Second, The house sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean, and the wrap around porch (and ocean breeze) is the star. I had my coffee and breakfast, and read out there every day. You can hear the ocean waves all day and the coquis at night... AND the stars! If you live in a city, you'll enjoy that too. We ate out and cooked equally, and the kitchen is equipped with all the pans and utensils you could need. Third, the location is less touristy but you can still get out to the surrounding towns easily. It's also along 681 with bars, a couple good beaches, and natural sights close by -- plenty to do. If I could have stayed longer, I would have. this was heaven for me. I would stay here again and again.

Anfitriona atenta. Limpieza y organización excelente. Camas cómodas. Tv con Netflix, Prime, y tv local. Es una casa para un pasadía familiar. Tiene todo lo que puedes llegar a necesitar. La piscina muy limpia. Vecindario extremadamente tranquilo.

My family really enjoyed the stay. there were plenty beds of five of us, i loved that the kitchen had basic supplies like spices and oil. the house was neat and clean, nicely furnished. my kids liked the tv with netflix etc. beds were comfortable. i liked the blackout curtains. it was quiet. lots of restaurants nearby. nice safe kids friendly beaches nearly. We would stay again if in the area.

My family loved Joe's place. We had a hiccup finding the rental but that was due to not following the instructions. Tip. Use your GPS through the AB&B app. We arrived very late due to the airline and Joe was very responsive which we really appreciated. There was an island wide power outage during our visit. Obviously, not Joe's fault and he gave us suggestions on things to keep the kids busy. The house also came with battery operated lights in each bed room and there was a flashlight in the kitchen. All came in handy and we appreciated having. My kids (6&10) loved the pool, the lookout and the beach across the street and even made friends with the kids from another family renting the other house on property. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even a few spices which we added to. My goal was to relax and rest on this vacation. Joes rental allowed us to do just that. We really loved the area and can't wait for our next visit back to PR. I'd rent from Joe again.

Dafne Elvira’s was a great place to stay! The place is full of beautiful art and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The relaxing atmosphere, with the beach at your feet, made for an exceptional stay. Loved everything about this place!

My family had an amazing time at the beach house. We definitely enjoyed this house and its amenities. Host was very attentive and responded quickly. The fact that the island was going through a power outage at the time of our stay and this house was powered with the backup was an A+. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This place is great. Pictures are good but in person this place is great. We had a little trouble finding the place but was more a GPS issue. Bruce & Belinda were very responsive and helpful. The grill was left ready for us to use. The pool was beautiful & clean. They allowed us to take some of the coconuts that were ripe from their tree. My family enjoyed visiting us who live nearby as well. Plenty of room to socialize. The tv outside was a plus to watch a boxing match one night. lenty of pool & Bath towels provided including toiletries. Also family games including Dominoes which my family loves. We were only there 4 days but fully enjoyed it. I hope to go back with my family, hopefully for longer time. Thank you Belinda & Bruce for opening your home to us.

We stayed during the beginning of our trip after a red eye flight. Check in was smooth and just as described which was a plus because we were exhausted. When we woke up the next morning we were able to take in the amazing views ! Pictures don’t do it justice. The place is so spacious and has many updated features. Beds were comfy and place was clean. We were a group of 4 (3 adults, 1 child) and the provided items were more than enough for our 3 day stay. Added plus that we were provided with shampoo, conditioner and washer pods! I can’t say enough about the place! There’s a super market and bankers less than 5 min away. If you are thinking of staying here, don’t hesitate to book, the views are amazing and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean . I’m already looking forward to when we come back !

Angelica's place is beautiful and she communicates very well. Unfortunately we were not able to stay due to an island wide power emergency. I wanted to write this review because Angelica handled the situation perfectly and professionally. She communicated well and provided an option for a full refund if we were unable to stay. I did get to see the condo and it was beautiful. If I am ever able to return I would not hesitate to book with Angelica. She gets 5 stars.

Stunning location with breathtaking views! The beach out front is best for lounging, but a short 3-minute walk takes you to a swimmable one. Fully stocked with beach gear, and the patio is lively with cute crabs and lizards—great for kids. Would absolutely return!

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

We LOVES our stay at the Seaside Apartments. We had the best time on our first visit to PR. The place was clean and fully stocked. We loved the recommendations from the property manager and felt that communication was also 5 stars. During our stay we lost power, as the whole island experienced an outage. It lasted less than 24 hours. It’s good to know that it happens at times, if it’s your first visit. That said, the property is safe and easy to get to, so we stayed put until it came back on. This is a highly desirable spot next to Mar Chiquita beach. We walked there almost every day! With our own private balcony, patio and beachfront access, we also enjoyed without going to the public beach every time. Such an awesome stay that we hope to go back next year!
