Magazines (AZ Highways) and books on Arizona points of interest, hiking, fishing, skiing, climbing, etc. Five bikes (and helmets, locks, backpacks) available for use -- extensive bike trails in the area. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from common areas. Access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ and outdoor fireplace. Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. Help yourself to citrus, herb garden and veggies! Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. However, mutual respect of privacy is appreciated - thanks! Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use. Private access...gated side yard. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment in the heart of Phoenix, located in Biltmore area. Apartment has two bedrooms that fits up to 6, one bedroom has one king bed (fits 2), and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds (fits 4). The apartment has been renewed in June 2024 and all of the furniture and appliances are new. We have a large living room with smart TV and free fast WIFI internet, in addition to full furnished kitchen, dining area and washer and dryer for longer stays.
