Great space just what I needed :)

Monique was a great host and very responsive. It was really easy to find the garage because she had it marked very well. However, the apartment buildings were not marked very well at all, so it was challenging to know which apartment building it was.. Monique made check out very easy and had very comfortable beds. It would have been nice if there was a blow dryer and if there was another frying pan other than that, we had a really nice stay

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in a property from Instant Book. Great property for a big group! The decor was so cute and the outside patio was perfect! Next Denver trip, I’m booking this again!

Zhenggeng was a great host, he was flexible with my check-in and check-out. I felt right at home. Walking distance to the convention center and lots to do in the area. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Denver, if I’m ever back in this area I will look for Zhenggeng again.

Had a really great stay, the instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood also had convenient local eateries, and was peaceful and walkable.

Immaculately clean living space - basement apartment that didn't have much natural lighting but was very cool and comfortable in 90+F heat that Denver had during our stay. We only had to turn AC on briefly 3 times during 6 day stay in very hot July. Super easy to check in, and then to get in and out of downtown, and the garage was perfect to house our rental car, and there is off-street parking as well. The immediate neighborhood is not the cleanest with a lot of garbage/furniture piled at the end of the street, broken glass etc. We had our tiny dog with us and it was very nice to be able to use the upper yard if we needed to let her out. Anna had lots of nice extras around the kitchen and bathroom ton get you started on our stay, and she was a very kind and responsive host. We would definitely stay again if we were in Denver!

We had a good stay at Ethan’s place. It was roomy and fun. They put a lot of thought into its design and decor. Everything we needed was there. And it was as all good quality and very clean. Thank you for having us!

Just wow! This Airbnb is an absolute must! I felt right at home and Brenda & Malcolm were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful with any and everything during our entire stay! We will definitely be back!

Patrick was absolutely amazing he made sure we were comfortable from beginning to end the place was amazing very nice and quiet neighborhood the pictures are a understatement the place looked wayyyy better than the pictures and the couch and beds was so comfortable patrick truly made sure my friends and i felt right at home and we will most definitely be going back to him

My family enjoyed their stay to the fullest! The Airbnb was amazing, clean and had all the necessities. Elizabeth was very communicative and helpful throughout the time. We will definitely be booking again when we return to the Denver area!

We had a great stay! Omar was very helpful with check in and check out. With having to stay for medical appointments, it was so nice to have a place that felt like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was spacious and clean! My entire family had plenty of space, the movie room and game room really elevate the home! The decor was really pretty too!

The place had everything we needed (including no stairs to get inside). And Joseph was flexible, kind, and responsive.

Zak is an amazing host! He was super responsive and even stayed to chat about local recommendations. His home felt cozy and comfortable but very spacious for myself, one guest, and a dog. Will be booking with Zak again in the future!

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at the Fillmore and we really enjoyed our stay! Garrett and Sarah were extremely responsive and welcoming. I liked that there were two entrances to the Airbnb, the exterior entrance being the primary one we used. It had a helpful motion sensor light for when we got back and it was dark out and auto locked behind us. The location is great and Ubers were very quick and affordable. Street parking was free but limited. We were able to find parking right in front of the Airbnb after a few laps. I really appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit (and that there were pods/dryer sheets for use) as my husband just came from a week long trip and needed to wash his clothes. Two minor things: - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as we could hear footsteps above us, but this is expected given the age of the building! - be hyper-aware on the streets at night as there was a solicitor yelling at the corner when we got our doordash delivery

Everything was clean , cute and neat. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything of interest. Great for a couple

Jana was great! She was very responsive and always asked if there was anything I needed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and a great walking trail! Chestnut (her dog) was very sweet too!
