A very attractive flat in an excellent location for exploring Nicosia. The outside spaces are an added bonus, providing opportunities to enjoy sun or shade both at the front and the rear of the property. I cannot complete my review without mentioning the super comfy beds.

Alexis is a very friendly and communicative host. The apartment is very nice and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked. The apartment is set in a nice neighbourhood close to the old town. The internet was very reliable. I was very happy with my stay.

This place was one of the best places i have ever stayed. A blend of traditional style with modern facilities with exceptional cleanliness overall. A house made from stone that gives you this grounding feeling necessary for a deep rest and recharge. Plus, John really conveys the Cypriot hospitality spirit, and i am truly grateful for his professionalism.

Excellent communication with Michalis. Was very kind to let us check in earlier when asked. The apartment is renovated and is in a very good location.

We had great time staying in Fadi’s apartment. Place was well equipped and clean,baby crib and high chair was provided by host. Fadi was an amazing host,he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

We felt like we were in Bali everyday, because the garden is fantastic. House has big rooms. Kamil is a kind person, who answered what we need and asked immediately. Whatever we need were in the house for house routine. I didn’t see any Airbnb house that clean. We are lucky to find and enjoy this house.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

We travel quite a lot, but so far it’s been one of the best accommodation we stayed in. It had everything we needed and even more - well equipped kitchen, beach accessories, comfortable bed, AC in both rooms etc. The flat is in the walking distance from the beach and some stores, and if you rent a car, you can easily reach a lot of beautiful places. The host was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

I was truly amazed by this apartment. It is well equipped and stylish. I have stayed in many airbnb locations on Cyprus, and this one stands out and makes me feel at home. Given the fact how hard it is to find a gem like this, I advise fellow travelers to book it if it's available. Downsides: don't forget the earplugs, because there is a busy road nearby. And there was some buraecratic issue, which the host was able to resolve in a couple of messages. Totally worth the time and money 👍

Home away from home. Beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and more. We will ONLY stay at you when we return to Cyprus. The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
