This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Addis

Elleni is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was very clean & comfortable and larger than we had anticipated! Our check in ended up being much later due to flight delays and we had no issues getting into the building. Tesfaye, the guard, was so helpful and always available. It was central to many restaurants, coffee shops, Bambis, the local grocery store and many historical sites/museums. The only recommendation is that a couple more dish towels for the kitchen would be nice. We will be staying in one of Elleni’s apartments again during our trip!

Sami was an exceptional host! The Airbnb was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Sami’s hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, and Sami was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Saba was absolutely wonderful, and the place was perfect! Amazing location with everything you need downstairs. It was clean, easy to access, and very comfortable. 100% recommend and would stay again!

Great stay! The place was comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood . The host was friendly and responsive. Very flexible in terms of times for check in times which is usually hard to find. It’s perfect for a long stay. Would recommend!

Bright, Modern 2BR Apt - Secure & Close to Airport

Rahell and Sirack were great hosts from the moment I arrived. From the airport they checked in on me when I arrived a little later than expected and helped guide my driver to the apartment. They were accommodating to my check-in and check-out times and very responsive to any questions or requests I had. The apartment has a minimalistic design but has everything you need. The WIFi is great. And, the apartment is located nearby many restaurants and shops so there is a variety of things to choose from. Will definitely consider returning here if I come back to Addis. Thank you for having me!

We enjoyed Feben’s apartment, it is quiet and a safe space from busy and chaotic Adddis. The building houses a caffe on the ground floor where we enjoyed coffee and breakfasts. The apartment was perfect for us, comfortable, spacious, and at a great downtown Addis location. The beds and showers are comfortable and great. I’m looking forward to visit again. Feben is very responsive and friendly and flexible about arrival and departure, we are grateful.

An Independent house in a family compound.

An excellent environment for those who go for privacy, hygiene, value for money, security, and accessibility to all essentials. The apartment has everything. The host, Senait, is an amazing character. She checks on you for anything that needs attention. The care and hospitality accorded is beyond expectations. I stayed from 8th April to 16th April 2025 and I felt it was too short for me. I know of no reason you would be disappointed by the location, the apartment, and the host. Thank you so much, Senait, for making me feel at home away from home.

It was a wonderful stay in Beza’s accommodation! Everything is cozy and clean. Beza is a super thoughtful and kind lady who is willing to provide any kinds of help or suggestions she can. We will definitely miss her!!!!!

We had the most amazing stay! Such great hospitality, warmth and the staff went overboard to make sure our needs were meet. The apartment was spacious which provided us great room for entertaining. The wifi was excellent, there is an elevator and porters helped get bags upstairs, a great gym on the top floor of the apartments. It was safe and friendly. Great cafe Bilo- on the ground floor next to apartment - balcony was lovely. The staff brought us additional kitchen supplies like plates and glasses when we requested more. Tea and dates at reception desk. I will always stay here!
