We very much enjoyed our stay. The caretaker, Steven was very responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to take us to the grocery, a kayak tour, and arrange for transportation so we could enjoy a nearby resort. The property manager, Liz, was very helpful and gave us good advice on things to do. We were especially pleased with how well the kitchen was set with pots, pans and appliances. The pool was the star of the show and we spent many hours lounging and taking a dip. The house dogs, Molly and Maya greeted us every morning and are very sweet. It is a 30 minute drive from the house to a grocery, so it is important that one take this into consideration, and stock up when coming from the airport. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

We had a great stay at Shorebreak! It is such a peaceful place and a great place to unwind. The home is as described. We came in April and the private beach below was not present, available, or swimmable due to the season/tides, but we rented a car and drove to some amazing local beaches. (Rented with Robert Thomson and he was awesome) Highly recommend Rainbow Bay and taking a day trip to Harbour Island. There are pretty limited options for restaurants (mostly fried food) so make sure to plan to cook most of your meals. The house is very remote but if thats what you are looking for, this place is perfect. Mark was a fantastic host and we look forward to coming back one day!

We had an absolutely delightful time staying at Serendipity on Eleuthera! Eleuthera is insanely beautiful and the villa is just perfect. The view is even more spectacular than any photo could ever convey, and we really enjoyed being able to walk right out back to our very own private swimming area. Swimming right there at the villa may have been our very favorite aspect of the trip! The time and thoughtfulness that Jodi and her family must have spent, carving out that little nook to allow for amazing access to the Caribbean, is so impressive :) The villa itself was also outstanding. So squeaky clean and filled with absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Jodi also allows access to the garage as well, where there are inner tubes, snorkels, masks, water shoes, etc. to make your stay perfect. Re: location, the villa is a ~8 min walk to Rainbow Bay Beach, one of the best on the island, and is centrally located, making it an easy drive to so much more. We will be back!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The garden has access to a gorgeous beach which is basically deserted any time of the day. The house is big and very comfy. The only thing missing is a washing machine for the clothes (which can be a bit complicated especially when you travel with a baby) Otherwise our 2 weeks stay have been a dream and Rick has been really reactive to any questions we had. Another great thing is a big notebook with all the tips and adresses at disposal in the house. You have everything in it and certainly don’t need anything else to explore the island.

Driftwood was even more spectacular than the photos. An idyllic location along the coastline, with plenty of chill outdoor spaces to enjoy the sea breeze and fantastic view. The grounds were immaculately kept. Marie, Stacy and Sean made sure we were safe, well fed and had everything to our comfort. Between the books to read and the pool to lounge around in, we didn't even turn on the TV once. Nicole was a pleasure to communicate with and pointed out the little things to make sure our stay would be great. She was very responsive, gave clear directions and tips about spots in the area we could check out. Can't wait to come back!

La Round House è letteralmente meravigliosa, ricca di particolari e dettagli che la rendono accogliente e richiamano il mare, è circondata da natura incontaminata ma nonostante questo il proprietario è letteralmente a due passi per qualunque problema, vista mare bellissima con spiagge altrettanto belle raggiungibili a piedi ( franch bech e twins cove) . Consiglio di noleggiare un auto per visitare tutta l'isola che è paradisiaca ma se volete fare un vacanza di puro relax questa casa supererà qualunque aspettativa !

Highly recommend for both the location, which is idyllic and the hosts, who are delightful. Kelcina, Oliver and Chris made our stay perfectly memorable and were always on hand to help and advise.

Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

The location is everythinnnggg! It is about 20 mins from Georgetown and about 10 minutes from little Exuma. All of my favorite beaches are on little Exuma but we didn’t want to stay too far away from georgetown but wanted to get away from the busy spots so this spot was ideal for location. Not super busy area but close to the action. The view was also beautiful from the patio. Thanks for letting us stay with you!

We really enjoyed our week at the property and found it exactly as represented in the photos. We have stayed numerous places in the Caribbean previously and the cleanliness and updated interior really stood out for us. We had numerous opportunities to chat and interact with Ralph and he was great. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Fabuleuse Villa!! Tranquille , propreté et que dire de la belle vue . Air conditionner partout! Piscine avec deux chaises dans l’eau! Déjeuner tout les matins sur la terrasse, cuisine complète pour nos repas à la villa. 2 machines café pour débuter matin bu bon pied. Belle plage 3 min de jeep : sapodilla Amener les chaises et parasol que le airbnb nous offre. La literie es propre, les deux salle de bains , le salon et l’extérieur. le rooftop pour prendre un café le matin ou bien regarder les coucher de soleil. Sécurité! Un système alarme et système de barrière. 10-15 min des restaurent en ville WOW!!!

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

This a wonderful home and perfect for a large family, or 3 couples. Fabulous views, relaxing deck, plenty of space to hang out, and a great pool to cool off in…Wendy was very helpful and has a wonderful local team…..we loved it all!

Andrew & Alissa both were extremely easy to work with! They were kind, attentive, & very communicative. They always responded quickly and were very easy to talk to. They even allowed us to stay late to help us with our situation of having a large group and having to make 2 trips to our next destination. They were both absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Everything was warm and welcoming!

The house and property: Peaceful. Pristine. Private. The host: Friendly. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Our family had a wonderful time at House Marlin! Cathy is a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable host. Check-in was easy. The house is clean and had all the amenities our family needed. We were steps from the beach and our kids loved the pool.

Spacious, bright villa with great views. The location is quiet and private. The gated community is safe. Communication and service were excellent, it’s like having full concierge around the clock. Everything you want or need you can get help with. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed excellent cappuccinos in the mornings. It’s a bit of a drive to West Bay but when you come home it’s so peaceful and relaxing that it is worth it. Our original Airbnb got canceled the day before our arrival and we were incredibly grateful that we found this gorgeous place and that they accommodated us so quickly and flawless.

Pedro & Marisol were Great hosts! The Air bnb, was very clean and cute & they made us feel right at home! We loved it so much we had even extended our stay longer :) very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something as well. definitely recommend & can’t wait to visit and book again !

Talk about a perfect place to stay while on the island. Not only are you a few minute drive from Georgetown, you have direct access to a beautiful beach and have two amazing beaches on either side of your bay. The Kitchen is fantastic and updated, with a new water heater and AC. You'll be comfy not matter what time of the year you go. Short drive to water taxi for little Exuma, several awesome restaurants close by. I would highly recommend staying here. If you feel like staying in and taking a day to stay out of the sun, the house is fully equipped with good wifi and great TVs.

Lovely location just steps across the road to a beach, with adjoining restaurant. Perfectly manicured grounds and accommodations.

We had an incredible time with 7 people and having the private dock was the best. We fished off of it, hung out, got picked up by blue haven charters for an adventure, and had sunrise/sunset time on it. The pool was incredible w the kayaks to kayak down the bioluminescence bay the private dock sits on. Tip: areas of the bay light up that you have to find and when you find the sweet spots you will think you’re in avatar movie. The house had cleaning supplies and everything we needed. Not a single complaint and the ladies that were hosting were so helpful. Everyone on the island is Cayman Kind! The bay really is away from tourists but perfection for rum point fun 🤩

Tim and Michelle were wonderful and always available. We had a very peaceful and rejuvenating vacation which is exactly what we all needed. The home and location was perfect! We really enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the porch and falling asleep to the sound of the waves! Thank you so much for opening your home to us.
