If you have time, spend some moments enjoying the quiet gardens and walk the tree lined neighborhood. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.

We have put in place extra sanitizing and cleaning protocols based on Airbnb and CDC recommendations.

Super comfortable, peaceful, and clean! 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. You can also take the train - which is only two blocks away. This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
