短期一個月，住得很舒適。 假日偶爾會遇到比較吵雜客人，但整體來說還是非常棒。房東不管處理事情，回應速度都非常快速。

房東好熱情，有問必答，而且我們不小心打翻了湯汁，也立馬幫我們換床單，下次來台南可以再來這裡住。

You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

It’s a great experience which just like grandparents house. I believe that host spent a lot of time to decorate and keep everything running well. The best part is near the most popular tourism spot. You can spent great time every night and day. If you are the person who is wiling to find this spot in the historical alley. Sorry for typing English , wish everyone will have good time there for sure. If you want to live in, I will suggest driving might not be better because there are so crowded. The parking lot near also can help you saving some time.

We really liked staying here. Location is great and the house was comfortable. Had an issue with some sewer smell getting into the house though.

房間乾淨整潔空間足，與預期相符。

독특한 구조의 숙소입니다. 흥비롭고 편안한 숙박을 경험했어요. 근처에 맛집도 많습니다. 조용한 주택가에 위치하고 있어 좋았습니다. 집주인 Kelly가 빠르고 신속하게 응답해줘서 도움이 되었습니다.

Awesome place to stay with a larger group. My kids are 4.5 and 7 and we're totally fine with the stairs. Lots of great restaurants around the place, and being so close to the Confucius Business District was a plus. the hosts were super responsive and so helpful with their advice to us. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, nicely furnished rooms with antique furniture... lots of common area space and outdoor yards, which is a bit rare to find in Taiwan! Perfect for large groups or family reunion!

Amazing place as hidden gem with very traditional building style like stone stair. The balcony on 2nd floor is beautiful and the place I like most during the stay. However, it might need to be more transparent with indoor cameras in living rooms for both floor. It is understandable that they might be installed for safety purposes but it has privacy concerns especially it is not disclosed in property introduction nor instructions/information after booking. I would come back myself if I have a chance, but probably not with whole family due to privacy concerns.

Fantastic experience staying at OC; incredibly comfortable beds, great downstairs common area, and helpful recommendations by the host. In addition to all the standard things one might expect, we were offered fresh tea (with explanations for each one), recommendations for food and activities, as well as a few lessons on local culture and customs. Would stay again and recommend to anyone

很開心找到這房源，因為是回台探親，所以這裡讓我有家的感覺，加分的是有洗衣機、停車場。附近有很多餐廳及超市，非常方便！ 如果再回台灣一定會再來住！

i really liked this place, I found kt preatty comfortable and I didn't have any problems with it. in the picture though the layout was not easy to understand. there are 3 Flors, the top one with 2 big beds a big bathroom and the balcony with the washer. On second floor 2 rooms with one bed and a bathroom and on the bottom floor a bathroom and the kitchen and living room with the pull out couch. I advice this for a group of about 4/6 friends.

這次是因為比賽的關係，需要住宿多日，從入住到退房，一直有家的感覺，乾淨、小巧、溫馨，設備也很完善，原本還擔心每天要外出換洗衣物的問題，屋主也很友善，還介紹了鄰近的一些美食，很值得推薦的住宿地點！

깨끗하고 조용한 숙소입니다 호스트는 매우 친절합니다 계단이 많아서 노인들에겐 좀 힘들지만 젊은이들에겐 재미있는 공간입니다 2박3일 잘 쉬고 왔습니다 이 공간의 이용을 적극 추천합니다

타이난 최고의 숙소입니다👍 10명의 가족이 머물렀습니다. 불편함이 없었습니다. 대만의 전통을 느낄 수 있습니다. 통풍이 잘되어 집이 시원하고 쾌적합니다. 세탁기를 사용할수 있습니다. 햇빛에 빨래를 말릴수도 있습니다. 근처에 맛있는 식당이 많이 있습니다. 정수기 사용이 가능하고 물이 깨끗합니다. 호스트가 답변이 빠르고 너무나 친절합니다. 타이난에서 즐거운 추억 많이 쌓았습니다. 최고입니다. 감사합니다.

We felt being home in this Airbnb! Our host Ruxin was very responsive in communication and arranged our check-in well in advance. She welcomed us in the house and made us feel being home immediately! The Airbnb is a well preserved and equipped old house centrally located in residential area in Tainan. The details in the Airbnb made our stay extremely comfortable and felt being a local in Tainan. You can also conveniently access Tainan’s sightseeing points by a short walk and explore a lot of local and delicious food shops in the neighborhood. We will for sure stay here again for our next visit! Thanks Ruxin for your hospitality! We felt in love with Tainan and with the lovely people there!
