Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Great stay in this detached ADU. Walking distance to Poipu and Kukui’ula shopping centers, which was nice. Short drive or longer walk to Poipu and Kiahuna beaches. Highly rec Lawai for snorkeling, nice trail starting at Shipwreck, and Kōloa old town. Really appreciated the beach/snorkeling supplies! Quite warm without the AC, but the multiple fans helped a lot, was fine for us at beg of May but may be too hot in summer (?) No complaints!

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely wonderful! Emily's place was not only beautiful, but the perfect home base as we explored nearby beaches and towns. The views were simply amazing! We felt like we had the best of both worlds- ocean in the front, trees and mountains in the back. The home was clean, airy and perfect for our family of four. I especially enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the Lanai, listening the birds wake up and staring out at the mountains. The house is also in the perfect spot to watch the sunsets out front. Communication was super easy and Emily was always extremely friendly and helpful. My entire family had such a nice time in Kauai, and Emily's home helped to make our trip very special. We will definitely come back again!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

We really liked Devaki's place, and she was super responsive and helpful. Amazing location 1 block from Pavilions beach in Hanalei, and just a couple blocks from the main downtown. We would stay here again. Just a couple of heads-up: - There is no AC, so we had to leave the windows open (there are good screens and cross-breezes) and fans at night, and it was still a bit warm. - Because the windows are open at night, we were awoken early each morning by roosters crowing and some street noise. Although it was generally a quiet neighborhood, there was the occasional early loud car or person shouting. - The kitchen wasn't particularly well equipped if you're planning to do much cooking (we normally do). We couldn't find a saucepan that had a lid, the frying pan was a bit warped and didn't heat evenly, and we couldn't find a set of measuring spoons, among other things. There were some spare olive oil, balsamic, salt, etc. which was nice. Great place though!

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly, which we really appreciated. We booked last minute, and while the property wasn’t ready upon arrival, the host promptly sent a cleaner to take care of it. Once everything was taken care of, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The view is absolutely wonderful, and despite the initial hiccup, we would definitely book this place again!

We loved our stay here. The house was great, large enough for our family to spread out, easy walk to the beach and provided beach chairs & toys which were very helpful. Had all the accommodations that we needed including highchair and toys for the grandkids. Each room had an air conditioning unit except for the master bath and office area off of the master bath. The weather was unusually hot and humid for this time of year, so we were glad to have it. Kitchen was well equipped and had almost everything we needed to cook several meals. Also, enjoyed the local restaurants. Definitely need to make reservations a month ahead of time if you want prime dinner time. Enjoyed the welcome box of chocolate macadamia nuts too. Great local recommendations and very pleasant host.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Very peaceful neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Not walkable to shops but the drive was short to a shopping center with groceries and restaurants. We did have a few bugs, lizards in the home which is expected for Hawaii! And little frogs liked to take a dip in the pool later in the day with us!

We loved staying at Donna’s place during our trip to the north shore! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place with a jacuzzi, wonderful kitchen and comfortable house! We will definitely be back!

Loved staying here! Was extremely clean and quiet. House was so lovely. I’m not sure how but the house was even better in person than the pictures! So much natural light comes in from the huge picture windows. All of the beds and furniture were so comfortable and lots of beach supplies if you have kids. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen- we were able to experience many local restaurants, while also being able to stay in for meals. Beautiful, private, yard, perfect for early morning coffee, and sharing meals. The timing of our visit gave us the additional bonus of fresh Papaya and Dragonfruit! Unique outdoor shower. Close to Pickleball courts, pool, and Poipu beach (with boards, mats, and coolers provided for our use). Dale and Kelly were easy to reach when needed, and offered suggestions for places to visit. We took several day trips around the island, but enjoyed having such a lovely place to come home to. Entire group loved this place, and hope to visit again!

We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family and we loved using the pool! The kitchen was very well equipped which was important to us because we cooked a lot of meals. The large snails on the deck in the morning were fascinating as well as the many geckos that patrolled the mesh fence. We would highly recommend staying here and the communication was excellent.

Amazing location. Super close to Hanalei Bay and lots of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Pantry was well stocked and kitchen was clean. Beds were super comfortable and we all got amazing sleep.

Our family had an amazing time at this property! The location was perfect as it was close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The house was super spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. A must-stay for families visiting Kauai—it made our trip extra memorable!

This was a really great place to stay! So close to Hanalei but in a private, quiet neighborhood. Loved that the lanai overlooked tropical greenery, felt like it was staying at the edge of a forest. The unit is really thoughtfully stocked, had everything we needed to cook dinner. The washer/dryer was a big plus. Really easy check-in and communication. Loved this place and would stay again any time we want to stay on the north side of the island.

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Natalie’s tastefully decorated house. She has included many thoughtful extras for her guests to make use of. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, and the location of this Airbnb is quite central to all the things that visitors would want to see on the north shore of Kauai. A big Foodland is very close by, so that was very convenient. Natalie was super helpful and thoughtful! 😀👍

Awesome stay! Loved the amazing views, wonderful house and amenities. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking at Princeville If you are bikers, and have more than 2 in your party, definitely rent more than the two beach cruisers from Princeville bikes, to get to the beach and shops . There are a few hills! They are awesome! Recommend the easy Old Club Med hike down to the Hotel 1 bar...oh and the other way to the beach. Better beach area by taking the walk down to the beach access before 1 Hotel. A few tweaks to this beautiful, new Air BNB, which they are working on, and it will be perfect. Bring a bag of ice, most likely the Samsung ice maker will not come back to life...little things like that! Mahalo and I hope you love it!
