Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus :) die Ausstattung war super, es war makellos sauber und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick war wunderbar. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man auf die guten Anweisungen der Gastgeber hören, da das Navi uns falsch geführt hätte ;)

We had a fantastic 3 day stay in the Grooms Bothy. Great place with lots of lovely features. The jacuzzi bath, the remote controlled windows and blinds in particular were good fun. Place is immaculate. A really good base for lots of different areas and activities but if you just want to relax you'd be very happy to stay at "home" Brian was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful with any questions and went above and beyond to assist, as were all the staff we encountered. A thoroughly enjoyable experience we wouldn't hesitate to repeat again.

What a beautiful spot! I was content never to move from the garden, although my co -travellers would probably have had something to say about it. Samantha was fantastically accommodating to our requests re when we could check in and out and length of stay. The house is perfect for a couple of families - so much space and set out in a way that you can get away from everyone, should you need to. Everything was there that you needed, beds were comfy, everything was easy to use and the living spaces were all very relaxing. Wildlife galore to be seen with your morning coffee. There are lovely walks to be had from your doorstep, and The Bridge of Cally Pub and shop are a short walk along the road. Balnabea is perfectly situated for exploring Perthshire - ours was a short break away, but as usual Scotland delivers in making you feel you've been away for double the length of time. We recommend The Hermitage and Dunkeld. We loved it so much we wanted to make it our annual retreat.

Don’t hesitate to book this absolute gem!! So close to Edinburgh and yet the pristine surroundings made us feel like we were in another world. Fabulously well-stocked cottage with everything we needed, almost sad it was too warm to light the fire! Incredibly cute decor, would love to return.

Superbe maison très accueillante avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Chambres et salles de bains impeccable, spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Salon très agréable pour un apéro ou un thé tranquille. Cuisine très fonctionnelles et très bien équipée pour cuisiner et manger pour 6 personnes. Le centre de Blairgowrie a quelques pas de la maison avec des restau, magasins à proximité. Nous avons vécu un super séjour chez Louise je recommande chaleureusement sa maison.

We had a lovely time at the property and were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of all areas, including the barbecue in the garden. Shirley made us feel welcome from the get-go with useful instructions to help us find the property (as no doubt we would have got lost without these). The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and appliances and there was not one thing which we sought that Shirley had not provided. The property exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice. We would love to come back. Thank you again.

We had a great stay at Daisy cottage. It was immaculate and had some necessities in the fridge and cupboards which was really helpful. Really comfortable place to have a base whilst visiting family. We will be booking again. Thanks Rebecca

Great value for money and place was spotless. It’s in a good spot for exploring the beautiful area. Parking was easy and secure. Good communication and nice little breakfast welcome pack on arrival.

Près du transport en commun, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, nous avons eu un problème avec la laveuse, on nous a proposé une solution immédiatement, une grande aide et tout à été pour le mieux. Très satisfaites.

We really enjoyed The Burnside Apartment. It was modern, clean and very cosy with the log burner. It served as a good base for sightseeing in the area. We had absolutely everything we needed including farm fresh eggs supplied by the Hosts. There was a good supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials to see us through our stay. The Hosts were very attentive and responsive to any needs. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.
