Our favourite ever airbnb. Everything was so cosy and the place had everything you could possibly need. Lily has obviously put so much thought and love into making this the perfect little nest for anyone visiting the sights of New Brighton, which, by the way, are right on your doorstep. Lovely view of the lighthouse from the breakfast table. Just a perfect air bnb. Thank you!

I had a great stay at the apartment. It is literally a stone's throw from the dunes and the beach, and town is super close as well. There are a lot of shops and amenities nearby, and Lytham is also just down the road. The apartment is very comfortable and relaxing, with a lot of gorgeous seaside light flooding the rooms.

Nice location, few mins walk to lake and shops. Reserved parking is also nice. Liked the homely feel to the place and easy to relax. Much better to have whole apartment to yourself than just a room with shared facilities in my opinion. Host communication was friendly and timely. Good instructions on how to use tv WiFi heating etc.

House was immaculately clean and well maintained. The added bonus of access to the beach from the back garden was fantastic! Weather wasn't on our side for a few days but we still enjoyed walking the dogs on the quiet beach. Having the smart TVs was really good. The garden is safe and secure for the dogs. We would definitely like to return as it ticked all our boxes for a perfect holiday. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated on our arrival as we couldn't get a supermarket delivery till next morning. Thank you for a great holiday!

What an amazing place! Beautiful home with incredible views. Super comfortable and well equipped, with attention to detail and design in every room. A true home away. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope we’ll be able to return soon.

Had a 2 night stay and the pod was perfect! it had everything we could want, lovely and toasty warm, and the hot tub was fantastic. Everything was clean and welcoming. Great location close to the beach with a key card provided to gain access and keep the park secure. Overall we had a fabulous time and couldn't be happier!

I've stayed before, location is the best. Nice and peaceful, will back again. Plus my dogs loved the beach for running. Takes about 2 mins from the front of the house to the beach. And it is massive plenty of room for everyone.

Absolutely amazing, Daniel was so kind and worked around what we requested and needed. It was our friends birthday and he’d even got us a cake and some fudge!! Caravan site was absolutely incredible and we loved every moment of our stay :)

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

We had lovely holiday at this beautiful caravan. My children were not bored, lots of entertainment for different ages. The apartment has everything you need, there is a store on the territory of the park, and the nearest store is two bus stops away. The pool is located nearby, it has water slides, which children from 6 to 13 liked. We would love to stay here again. We thank the owner of the caravan.

I stayed for a couple of days with my children caravan is lovely and clean host is very friendly quick replies when contacted the caravan is in a excellent spot stone throw from shops bar arcades kid club will be definitely staying again in the summer holidays

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Lovely cabin! The host was very welcoming. Close to town and the beach. Walking distance from the train station. Had a fantastic time at the cabin and we’re looking forward to our next visit.

The property and location were both stunning, literally a minute walk to a beautiful serene beach. A lovely spacious house with everything you could wish for and our son loved exploring. We had an amazing time and Lorraine, the host, was so helpful, responsive and just generally the nicest person. We would absolutely love to come back here, it’s an amazing place😊

It appears that we didn’t actually stay in the advertised apartment - we stayed in the one above which I have a feeling was actually bigger as over 2 floors - amazing views of the Mersey and the prom was fabulous for walking. Norma - who met us was so helpful. Only negatives were very minor - public transport to Liverpool involves quite a walk - not a particular issue for us however. Could have done with an instruction manual especially for TV and for the fancy showers- however excellent value for money and would definitely recommend

An amazing stay. Tracie was really helpful with everything. The location is just amazing. The beach is right behind the Caravan. You can hear the sound of waves. Literally 2 minutes of walk. The interior was clean and fresh looking. I would highly recommend this place for a calm peaceful getaway. Thank you Tracie. You have been an amazing host.

The place was lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable and it is in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The host Euan had excellent communication and was on hand if needed. The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of cleaning facilities. A vacuum cleaner would have been handy as when travelling with dogs and being so close to the beach I like to clean up after myself. However, this didn't affect our stay and I would 100% recommend and stay again.
