Excellent stay. Premises and surroundings are exactly as described. Apartment is well furnished with the comforts of home and the property manager (office two minutes away) responds immediately. I've paid twice as much for a fraction of the amenities. They even provide beach towels! Exceptional value for the money and perfect for long stays. The host provides an awesome detailed info package about the apartment, town and activities. Uber safe building with a system of locking doors and gates. I was able to keep A/C costs low by opening up the windows and doors every morning to take advantage of the constant breezes. Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, including hiking trails and access to all points north, south and east. Food is inexpensive with an abundance of street food vendors. The town has something for everyone and at this time of year is busy as Easter is next week. SJDS undergoes a total transformation that is interesting to see.

The place is very nice. Elegant and peaceful. It's perfect for people that just want to get away trip. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Mauricio was very responsive. I would definitely recommend it.

tudo perfeito, apto todo reformado, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, tinha água filtrada. Só fui para dormir, nem tomei banho, mas o chuveiro parecia bom. 02 quartos grandes com ventilador de teto e bem arejado, ventilador silencioso, vista lateral do mar, muito próximo a praia, localização excelente. Levei roupa de cama e toalha. Também foi fácil de entrar e sair na garagem. Prédio bem seguro.

My family and I enjoyed a 5 day stay at this property. The hospitality of our host Patricia (on behalf of Giovanny) was amazing! She was friendly, responsive and went above and beyond during a busy holiday season to support us. This property exceeded expectations and is exactly as pictured. It was pristine, well ventilated, and beautifully situated. For future guests - this is the perfect place to stay if you’re interested in a wide variety of beaches, water sports, and holiday related festivities. It is also a prime location for visiting diverse scuba diving sites and shipwrecks. For anyone planning to come during the Christmas / New Year’s season there is an upper level balcony with a prime view of the spectacular fireworks followed by the traditional ocean dive at Jan Thiel beach 5 minutes away. We were so pleased to have the opportunity to stay here and highly recommend it! Thank you again Patricia - HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Muy bien ubicado, se llega caminando a todas partes. El departamento muy cómodo, Sara nos dejó algunas recomendaciones, es cercano a restoranes y bares. Recomendable

A estadia foi muito boa. O apartamento era exatamente igual nas fotos. Tivemos um self check-in e self check-out muito fáceis. O apartamento possuía cozinha completa (exceto microondas), o banheiro era amplo, a cama era boa, a vista maravilhosa. O ar condicionado funcionava super bem. Tinha estacionamento público ao lado, então sempre há lugar para parar o carro. Hospedagem excelente, recomendo!

Casa é exatamente como nas fotos, pertinho da praia e a praia é maravilhosa, só não tem ambulantes e nem quiosques, então quem for na praia precisa levar o que for usar. Da casa conseguimos ouvir o barulhinho do mar que é maravilhoso, a casa é um pouco fresca, tem ventiladores, porém eles encontram-se bem gastos, seria bom trocar por algum mais potente ou pra ficar perfeito colocar um ar condicionado nos quartos, levem repelente lá tem bastante mosquitos de noite. Anfitriã da casa é extremamente prestativa e responde com rapidez. Outro ponto que não é muito importante mas é bom deixar de dica, se vocês gostam de cobertor é melhor levar o de vocês, pois a casa só oferece lençol pra se cobrir, mas como não tem ar condicionado nos quartos, acabamos não sentindo falta de um cobertor. Eu e minha família tivemos dias muito agradáveis nessa casa, com certeza voltaremos e já deixamos recomendado pra todos.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home by the water. The hosts were kind and accommodating and provided excellent recommendations of where to bike and kayak. My wife and I were able to use 2 of their kayaks and snorkeling gear for free and went snorkeling to the places they recommended. It was quiet and peaceful at night, and only a ~15 minute walk away from town. Several markets were nearby to buy food & drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Le logement est splendide, parfaitement propre et décoré avec goût. Le cadre est tout simplement magique : au bord de l’eau, au calme, à l’écart de la route, tout en étant à deux pas des commerces et du centre. Les instructions d’arrivée sont claires et précises, ce qui facilite vraiment l’arrivée. Sophie est une hôte exemplaire, toujours réactive, disponible, et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils sur les endroits où manger et a répondu à toutes nos questions. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home. It's even more impressive than the photos - we were genuinely shocked when we arrived! It was so nice that we found it extremely hard to leave and when we did we were excited to come back. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need and very modern. The bedrooms were beautiful and equipped with very expensive mattresses. The master bedroom's ensuite was the most beautiful experience, it honestly felt like a nature spa! I can't recommend it enough for a peaceful getaway and a base to explore the national park. The host was also really helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, she was super responsive!

Passamos dias ótimos, muito bem acomodados. A casa é realmente tudo aquilo que mostra nas fotos, bonita, com ótimo espaço para reunir os amigos, curtir um churrasco e a natureza. Ninha e Toninho são muito receptivos, gentis e cuidam muito bem da casa e dos hospedes.

This place is fantastic, the photos on the listing don’t do it justice. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat from carnaval in the city. We had a group of 12 people stay here, and it was perfect for us. The management was very helpful. They helped us book a private boat to Ilha Grande, and coordinate meal plans with Ivanildes, their cook. Ivanildes deserves an award for her cooking. She kept us well-fed with homemade dishes and desserts, and even prepared a meal for us to take on the boat. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect, but I cannot say enough for the staff who took great care of us.. especially Ivanildes! Would definitely come back with a group this size. If you are considering this for your group, do it. You will not regret it!

Absolutely beautiful spot we rented for my birthday with some friends. Everything was perfect and this spot is super close to the Charlee if you decide you want to go for a couple drinks at night. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an amazing weekend getaway

An unforgettable experience! Steve’s well equipped apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. But what made it special was its location. It is located on a long narrow causeway (Amador) that connects 2 islands to the mainland. His apartment has a wall of glass windows and sliding patio door that overlooks the channel where boats enter the Panama Canal. Fabulous to watch from inside AND outside on the patio and rooftop deck. If you comfortable with using public transportation, there are local bus stops on the causeway that will take you to the main terminal of transportation to any place local or long distance. That causeway is wonderful. Safe, family friendly, lovely for a cooling evening stroll.

El lugar es muy bonito, el apartamento es espacioso y cómodo. El área social y la marina son muy bonitos. La piscina queda a pasos del apartamento. El complejo tiene la playa a 5 min en auto. Hay varios restaurantes cerca de la zona del hotel, muy buenos. Hay varios club de playa que se pueden visitar.

Nos encantó, las vistas son preciosas, por la noche se ve todo iluminado, muy bonito. el apartamento es muy lujoso y tenía todo lo que necesitas para cocinar. El supermercado está justo debajo. La piscina muy bonita. Solo estuvimos dos días, pero con gusto nos hubiésemos quedado más.

El lugar es aún más lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado y de fácil acceso. La única observación es que los aires acondicionados no funcionaron del todo bien, y son necesarios porque hace bastante calor

Excelente. Limpio y ordenado. Muy buena ubicación. Solo un mínimo aspecto a mejorar. Podrían poner una parilla en el patio para un asadito !!😉

El apartamento es fiel a las fotos. Espacios amplios y bien decorados. Lo mejor es poder disfrutar de tu propia piscina. Las respuestas de Raúl el propietario y de Jorge el administrador son inmediatas. Todo funcionó a la perfección. Aíres acondicionados, estufa , refrigerador etc Sin duda quiero regresar.

Paola and her husband were exceptional hosts! They informed us about a $50 charge for leaving the AC unit on when the apartment is unoccupied, which reflects their commitment to energy efficiency—a policy I fully support. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use their amenities, I can tell they are well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This is a fantastic condo, and the location can't be beat. I stayed here with my family (husband, kids ages 4 & 6, and my in-laws) and we all loved it. The beach was right in front, the view spectacular, and we always had the pool to ourselves. We walked to town from the beach (really cute beach town) and drove 5 minutes to Playa Penca and Playa Prieta too. But we thoroughly enjoyed our beach front Playa Potrero too. I highly recommend it! Wolfgang was so accommodating (we booked the day we checked in) and his employee Erwin was incredibly kind and helpful to check us in.
