The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of amenities and there were no issues. Heather is a responsive host and provided clear directions.

We booked very last minute as our previous Airbnb had a water issue. Everything was clean, as pictured. Close to Keenland, some great hikes. The home provided lots of entertainment for the 6 kids and plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of thought went into providing everything one would need like easy device charging, spices in the kitchen and a coffee station.

To accurately describe the pros of this place would take a whole page. From booking until checkout Flo was available to assist us in any way needed. The house was more than "vacation accommodations" it was a home. A place that was comfortable, welcoming, & a joy to come back to.

Beautiful home and great location. Close to the highway which makes it easy to get every where.

Courtney is always very responsive with problems and was flexible with our needs. Thankful for this private retreat. The otters are always a delight!

The house was very nice, and set up well fir couples. Bathrooms were especially nice. Kitchen was good size and the gas stove was very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an interesting time at Double Shot on Main. Weather wasn't what we expected, but we made the most of it! Jeanine was quick to communicate where the basement access was and the flashlights. We enjoyed the games, but still managed to see a few distilleries and the horseraces. It was a great central location for everything we wanted to do. Everything was well stocked, comfortable beds, and easy to access when we got there. Jeanine gave us lots of ideas of things to do. Would stay here again!

Everything was as pictured. This is a great place for 3 couples or a big family. With 3 baths and 3 bedrooms, there is space for all. Extra blankets and lots of pillows make it even more homey. The outdoor table sat us all comfortably as well as the porch furniture. The kitchen island only seats 4 though. Kitchen is well appointed and we found just about everything we needed to cook meals. The extra bag of ice and the bonus extra large ice cubes really made our beverages extra special. The decor is spot on! Great local bourbon touches really make the place feel cozy. Bonus is the laundry - we were able to have a bonfire and then wash all of our clothes right away so we wouldn't carry that smoky odor in our luggage.

We have stayed with Susan before & it is always a lovely experience. Very comfortable, clean & no issues. Near our daughter's UK apartment. Highly recommend!

Albert’s place is amazing. Super charming decor and very comfortable. Easy to get to and in and out. Very worth the stay. We were in Kentucky for the Derby and decided to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Louisville. This location is perfect for bourbon tours and great stables in the area. Beautiful back road drives. The living area is very inviting, well equipped kitchen and comfortable dinning room. Luxurious bedroom with nice linens. I can’t wait for any opportunity to go back to Versailles.

Jim’s place is fantastic and in a great location! This is our second stay at Jim’s home as we enjoyed our first stay so much we came back. We highly recommend Jim’s home for your next stay in Lexington!

Nora’s home was lovely, as were the yard and garden. She was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing stay! Great location, hosts were fantastic and took great care of us.

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be beat-close to the horse park and walkable to everything in town. Some have mentioned street noise and parking but neither were much of an issue.Noise wasn't too much of an issue. A little in the early morning as people were heading to work but we are early risers so not a problem. We were able to park right in front of the building all but one day but used the parking lot on the other day. The apt actually has two 1/2 baths. one with a vanity and toilet, the other with a shoeer/tub and vanity. This was great for having separate areas for getting ready in the morning. All in all a great find and if we come back to Georgetown, we will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay while we were in the area for the 3day event at the Kentucky horse park. The place was spot less clean and cozy. Walter was responsive and explained everything very well! The ceilings in the loft where we slept are on the low end so my 6’ boyfriend had to duck a little to navigate around up there but wasn’t an issue otherwise! Walter’s place has everything you’d need for your typical stay for a very reasonable price!

Robin’s place is our favorite place to stay when we are in the Lexington area. It is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. We look forward to our next visit.

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

Amelia’s place was spotless, easy to access, and quiet: exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is walkable - no need to drive if you don’t want to.

Stayed there to visit some bourbon distilleries and also the KY Derby. Wanted a cute place for four adults. The place was clean and looked just like the pics. Check in was clear and easy. We had a small snafu with the washer but it was not a big deal and Jon was super responsive and offered us a solution immediately, which was kind, but we did not need. If we ever come back to the area, would def stay again.

Wanted to stay in place that was able to accommodate my family and this place was perfect! Super clean and ample room for everyone. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to the area!
