An amazing place to stay in Phuket! Mr. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room is very nice and it is in a great neighborhoods!

Great place for the price! Walking distance to Bangato gym and Bangtao beach. Check-in and check-out and all communication was very simple and easy, which I highly appreciate. Few minor queries I had were solved within minutes, thanks Johanna! :)

Perfect stay after coming in the from the airport!

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

The overall atmosphere was relaxed, staff friendly and always ready to help, The expectations were met exactly as expected. The location is in a key position, at walking distance from all sorts of amenities, anything you possibly need, restaurants, supermarkets, services, and Nai Harn beach.

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Super liebe Hosts, einfacher Check in. In der Nähe gibt’s super Restaurants und in der Strand ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Lage auch direkt am Flughafen.

Nur die Möbel waren der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht ganz gewachsen. Umleimer an verschiedenen Stellen Repariert und Schranktüren verzogen. Dafür kostenloses Wäsche waschen. Reinigung bis zu 1-2 mal die Woche ist enthalten, mehr ist auf Wunsch möglich. Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Замечательные апартаменты рядом с живописным пляжем Най-Харн. free transfer до пляжа каждые 30 мин с 9.00 до 17.30. На охраняемой территории кондоминиума 2 бассейна, тренажёрный зал, парковка, кафе. Много уютных ресторанов и магазинов в шаговой доступности. В апартаментах - все необходимое для комфортного отдыха: новая удобная мебель, полностью оборудованная кухня, столовые приборы и т.п. Алена - великолепная и гостеприимная хозяйка, мгновенно отвечала на все вопросы, помогла с арендой авто. Большое спасибо за чудесный отдых! Очень рекомендую!

Mary was awesome! It was easy to communicate with her. The apartment was nice too. We really enjoyed the pool and the nearby convenience store. I would highly recommend staying at Mary’s place.

한달동안 우선 환상적인 여행이였습니다. 매일 푸른 하늘과 파란 바다를 감상할 수 있습니다. 아름다운 석양과 밤하늘의 별도 아름답습니다. 장점과 단점을 설명 해드리겠습니다. 단점 : 조식포함이 아닙니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 없습니다. (조식, 세탁기, 건조기가 포함사항이라고 나옵니다) 그리고 개미가 엄청 많이 있습니다. 걸어서는 이동이 조금 힘들 수도 있습니다. 녹물이 많이 나오기 때문에 필터를 챙겨야 합니다. 장점 : 너무 친절한 직원분들..최고!! 특히 청소를 해주시는 미얀마 가족분들이 너무 좋습니다. 정말 친절 하시고 착합니다. 그리고 환상적인 뷰를 가지고 있습니다. 바다, 하늘, 풍경까지 완벽합니다. 수영장도 좋고 조용해서 너무 좋습니다. 한달동안 스위트룸에서 정말 행복한 시간 보냈습니다. 다시 푸켓으로 여행을 간다면 이용하고 싶습니다.

Светлая уютная квартира, оборудована всем необходимым для продолжительного проживания. Для одного человека в самый раз. С Maurice я не встречалась, общались только по переписке, очень заботливый и вежливый человек, писал, спрашивал все ли хорошо. Немного омрачали проживание комары и лягушки периодически устраивали пения, но это вопрос всего кондо, по периметру зданий устроены водоемы, там растут лотосы. Лотосы конечно прекрасны, но вода место размножения комаров. Конечно я купила дымные спиральки..но...

Мария хорошо подготовила квартиру, даже есть сменное белье, полотенца, есть все необходимое в том числе для самостоятельной готовки. Оперативно отвечает на все вопросы. Локация тихая, до пляжа пешком 25 минут. Цена, возможно, немного завышена, но в высокий сезон тяжело найти более достойный вариант. Впечатление хорошее

Highly recommend, would like to thank Maneerat and her family for being so helpful and making sure everything was okay. Great location for Muay Thai gyms in the Chalong area. They also help rent a motorbike. Room was also comfortable and clean.

Отличные апартаменты на 4 этаже,с видом на рассвет. Полностью оборудованы всем необходимым для длительного проживания с детьми. Диван в гостиной раскладывается, дети как раз на нем и спали. Кондиционеры тихие в обеих комнатах, стиральная машинка на балконе, wifi работал без нареканий. Рядом находится магазин 7/11, множество кафе,баров, на пляже имеются лодки на соседние острова. Парковка бесплатная,охрана круглосуточная. Бассейны по всей территории тайтла, небольшой фитнес-зал и небольшая сауна. Отличные апартаменты, кому нужен тихий и спокойный отдых и сон-это сюда!

Över förväntan med städning i gång i veckan och rent sänglinne och handdukar. Hjälpsam personal och lugnt område. Rutger hjälpte oss snabbt när lamporna i badrummet var trasigt. Restaurang, kafé, pool och takpool, barer och gym på området. Gångavstånd in till Kamala by och till stranden. Enda minus var att man fick korsa en stor trafikerad väg för att komma till stranden samt att Wi-Fi var dåligt. Men finns mini bussar som kör till stranden och köper man till eget 5G så funkar det med wifi. Bättre mottagning i receptionen och restaurangen för de som tänker arbeta från boendet.

Perfect accomodation. Central to patong and easy to taxi to other areas of pukhet, I personally loved the scooter taxis using the Grab app, I travelled ao much of the island using them. The apartment was perfect with daily top up of towels, water etc when I left dirty towels outside the room in the bag. The host Kanda went above and beyond in response to ant messages through air b n b, even in an emergency situation where I lost my keys and my phone was broken. Her friendly staff member who works in the salon below went above and beyond to help me, she was also helpful and kind throughout my stay if needed and was always welcoming on passing the salon. Even lending me her umbrella on a heavy rainy day. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in patong.

Very nice room. Perfect for working and very clean. Great internet. Near the mall and old town.
