Andalousie : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Anastasiia’s place is super central & there is a huge supermarket nearby. What made her place different from other airbnb’s i’ve been are the welcoming gestures.. from croissants (where we were so hungry from our travels!) and simple but important things like a bottle of water etc. Her place has been delightfully designed & it was so central that we saw the Easter procession outside of our window! Bed was super comfy too ♥️ Thank you so much for having us Anastasiia! 🌟

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Terrassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber in der Reserva de Marbella war hervorragend: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell auf alle Nachrichten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ohne Auto ist die Lage sehr schwierig, da viele Dinge nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar sind.

Perfectly located in the heart of Mijas, this place is just a **5-minute walk** from the central area. Restaurants, grocery stores, and all essential amenities are within walking distance. Although it's on top of a hill, it offers all the conveniences of a city. The only downside was the communication, as the human touch was missing. Responses on Airbnb were delayed, and we had to call before getting a reply. Check-in was quite problematic—we didn’t receive clear instructions about which apartment it was, and we were confused about which door to open with the key. Our first contact person, Salsa, was unreachable by phone, but luckily, we received a timely response via the Airbnb app chat and were able to access the apartment. Aside from the communication issues, our overall experience was very pleasant.

Buen sitio y tranquilo. Cerca de sitios públicos y de la playa. el anfitrión estaba muy pendiente y era súper amable. Para ir con tus mascotas es fantástico.

Marinas Wohnung war für uns einfach perfekt. Gross, hell, schön eingerichtet. Auf den beiden Terrassen gibt es den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung liegt in einer hübschen kleinen Gasse und ist absolut ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten, ebenso zum Bus. Marina und ihre Eltern sind sehr sympatisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer innerhalb von Sekunden erreichbar. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben und werden bestimmt versuchen, wieder zu buchen.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Man ist direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Es gibt gleich drei unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten an denen man direkt am Haus die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage drum rum ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es ist entspannt / ruhig und nicht weit weg von allem was man sehen will. Tolle Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Andalusien. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Immer wieder gerne!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Tout était conforme à la description, l'environnement était paisible et beau. Les lits étaient très confortables et l'intérieur était propre. De plus, le supermarché juste à côté de la maison est un plus ! Je recommande.

We had a wonderful stay in Pilar´s house. Nice garden and the kids used the pool even though it was very cold. Vikings :) . Beds where comfy and nice to have duvet (not just thin linen) and showers were good. Quiet neigborhood. Had a good time, good location for us. Very good communication to owner and all was good.

Very cosy house in a nice surrounding. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very small, but has enough equipment to make a decent meal. Calming place to stay, especially if you like being outdoors. The terrace is nice and sunny, but also has shadow in different areas throughout the day because of the surrounding threes, which made it a good place the entire day. Also the pool area was nice and relaxing.

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. la recepción y despedida muy acogedora y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o hacer agradable la estancia. Zona tranquila, algo alejada fe centro, pero cómoda para aparcar y centro de operaciones. Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy bien, con todo lo necesario

El alojamiento es fantástico para descansar y desconectar de la rutina ,muy recomendable para dar paseos hasta la playa . hemos estado en familia muy a gusto!!!

We loved our stay in Marbella. It was very peaceful on top of the hill overlooking the ocean. The town was just a few minutes away. Aldi is just right down the road. Marbella is a beautiful town and I'm happier up on the hills. I would definitely recommend staying here. This is one of my favorite airbnbs to date.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!! Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt: Joakim hat die Anreise sehr gut vorbereitet und mit seinen detaillierten Angaben war es kein Problem, die Schlüssel abzuholen und die Wohnung zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung komplett, von Küche (incl. der nötigsten Gewürze) bis zur Dachterrasse mit Liegen/Jacuzzi und Grill. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Anlage mit mehreren absolut sauberen Pools. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon als auch von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Durch die süd-west-Ausrichtung der Wohnung kann man auch auf dem Balkon vor dem Wohnraum die Sonne bis zum Abend genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar, Joakim hatte in der Wohnung eine Mappe mit guten Tipps zu Restaurants etc. in der Nähe. Sollten wir wieder nach Casares fahren werden wir gerne noch einmal hier wohnen.

Die Wohnung war super. Wir haben sie als Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Ausflüge in Andalusien genutzt. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke für Alles!

Vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold i leiligheten. Det er grill, parasoll, solsenger, spisebord, alt du trenger for gode dager i solen. Renhold og kommunikasjon med Fran på stedet, var helt utmerket. Han hadde også gitt oss salt, pepper, te, folie, vaskemiddel osv så vi slapp å kjøpe inn sånne nødvendigheter. Kommer gjerne tilbake:)

Mieszkanie świetne zarówno do odpoczynku, jak i do pracy zdalnej. Blisko oceanu z fantastyczną plażą, dodatkowo duży taras i, ze względu na okres zimowy, mało sąsiadów, więc cisza i spokój :). Połączenie internetowe stabilne i szybkie, dzięki czemu nie mieliśmy problemów z pracą zdalną.
