Local beaches are a walk away from the apartment and Spiddal Village with its famous Craft Village is a short drive away. The local airport and ferry that services the Aran Islands is a short drive away. Galway City is a 30 min drive away with its many artisan shops and restaurants. Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip
