Amsterdam-Zuid : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

Es war unsere erste Nutzung von Airbnb. Für uns war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub in Familie. Johan hat uns schon erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Haus gezeigt. Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer mit dem Wintergarten und draußen die zwei kleinen Gartentische mit den Stühlen sowie der Steg am Wasser mit dem Sitzsack zum relaxen. Die Küche war mit zwei Kaffeeautomaten und gut ausreichenden hübschen Geschirr sowie allen notwendigen Utensil ausgestattet. In der 1. Etage waren das schicke Badezimmer und die ruhigen Schlafräume. Auch 2 Fahrräder von Johan haben wir genutzt, zwei weitere Räder haben wir von den ganz netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn geliehen. Im Verleih war alles ausgebucht… Unser Gastgeber Johan war für uns immer zeitnah erreichbar, hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Essen gehen gegeben. Kurzum: wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Incredible luxury townhouse, very spacious and packed with everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the vibrant city center yet in a very convenient location to either walk or take public transportation to all major tourist attractions and the city center. Just around the corner from a street market, coffee shops and restaurants. The communication with Emilie was flawless and timely. I can't say enough about how great it was our stay. Emilie went above and beyond to make sure were comfortable and had a great stay. She provided local recommendations for food, activities for kids and babysitter services. Highly recommended. Definitively coming back when in Amsterdam.

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

Charming house in a lovely neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed and lots of space (indispensable if travelling with two teenagers). We very much enjoyed the tastefully decorated kitchen/ living area. The communication was great throughout, Vincent and Michiel were very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of advices what to do and where to go. We had a great time touring the area and the house was the perfect base for discovering Rotterdam (the city center is just a 15 minute bike ride away) and many other places in beautiful Zuid-Holland.

Toller Urlaub in sehr gemütlichem und geräumigen Haus! Charmant eingerichtet und bequeme Betten. Schöner Gartensitzplatz. Strand und Stadt mit Fahrrädern super erreichbar und Busstation um die Ecke. Ruhig, wenn man mal von den Möwen absieht…;-). Pieteke war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich auch aktiv immer wieder nach uns erkundigt. Super WLAN für unsere Teenager! Vielen Dank, Piteke! This house is ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, providing convenient access to Amsterdam Central, Rotterdam, and the airport. It's family-friendly, stocked with plenty of toys for kids, making it a great choice for families. While the property offers a peaceful escape from city life, it's still close enough to enjoy urban amenities. However, the barbecue could use some maintenance for better usability. The house features one large bedroom and two smaller children's rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home.

Anouk is a perfect host, friendly and immediately responsive to a question we asked during our stay. It’s a wonderful house for a family with children— a large, open, attractive but unfussy space with its own garden and easy proximity to a market. We were 3 generations, but we grandparents had no problems, since we entered on the ground floor and climbed only one flight of stairs to the bedrooms. A happy time.

Vanwege werkverplichtingen moesten we drie nachten verblijven in Alphen. In plaats van een hotel kozen wij voor deze airbnb vanwege de ligging, de omliggende goede faciliteiten en de foto's. De foto's komen goed overeen met de werkelijkheid. Yvette zorgde met haar prachtige woning en vriendelijkheid dat we ons toch even thuis weg van huis voelden. We komen graag terug mocht dit nog een keer nodig zijn.

Linda‘s house is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures actually don’t do it justice. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a stay with young children. We especially enjoyed the trampoline and the many toys. Thank you Linda!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Herzen von Utrecht, komfortabel in einem historischen Schmuckstück. Der Gastgeber hat sich sichtbar Mühe gemacht und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

We enjoyed a family holiday at Kees home.The house is large both indoors and outdoors and great for alfresco eating. The location is a short walk from the Old Town but in a quiet and peaceful location. Kees was on hand to answer any queries and to suggest options for enjoying our time in Leiden. A perfect stay. La maison est très agréable Elle est très bien située. Et Francien est très arrangeante et réactive. Que du bonheur !

Wir haben uns bei Rommie sehr wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, wunderschön im Grünen gelegen und ist schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und wir wurden mit einer leckeren Rotwein Flasche begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist gut zu Fuß an Wässern aus der Innenstadt (40min) oder einfacher mit den Öffis (20 min) zu erreichen. Rommie hat auf unsere zahlreichen Fragen schnell und kompetent beraten und wir danken ihr für die Zeit in ihrer Unterkunft.

We five had an excellent stay. Photos shown are accurate. We asked for a photo of the kitchen which was sent to us. Ground floor has kitchen, living room, and toilet under the stairs. Second floor has two bedrooms and a washroom with shower/bath but no toilet. Third floor is a bedroom. The place was reasonably clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Heating worked well once we figured out the thermostat. Kitchen has plenty of dishes/glasses/cutlery, etc. Small refrigerator. Bathroom was clean, and plenty of hot water. Back yard was very nice. Parking on the street was free. Streets are very narrow in the neighborhood. Very quiet. We walked to the Overveen train station to take the 20-minute train ride into Amsterdam to avoid hastle of driving and parking, but would drive to nearby Zandvoort, which is a great beach town. Nearby stores. Two bedrooms on 2nd floor had no dressers or suitable wardrobes, which would be nice to have.

I had an amazing stay at Jan Paul’s place! The wharf house is even more lovely than the photos. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay in Utrecht!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Tolle Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Türe und ein schöner kleiner Garten hinter dem Haus. 😊🌷

We had a family reunion in Haarlem, at Ilaria's lovely house. We enjoyed everything and were really at ease in the house. The flexible check-in and check-out helped a lot with our plans. Ilaria kindly took care of making us very comfortable. I definitely recommend this lovely house.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Wir waren 3 ältere Frauen, welche die Unterkunft von Maren gebucht haben. Uns hat die sehr ruhige Umgebung äusserst gut gefallen, vor allem, dass wir nachts ausgezeichnet schlafen konnten. Auch wenn wir von der Central Station 15' mit der Tram fahren mussten und dann 5' zu Fuss, war das für uns absolut kein Problem. Wir haben nicht in der Unterkunft gegessen, aber es wäre alles vorhanden gewesen, um Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Allgemein hat alles gut geklappt und wir würden die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Grande et jolie maison toute en hauteur, agréable et bien équipée, dans un quartier calme un peu excentré ( mais Centre ville facile en bus). Nils est très réactif, très plaisant, et ses explications sont claires et précises.

Wow – what an incredible place to stay! We had the most wonderful long weekend at this beautiful house. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm of the home and its peaceful surroundings. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning walks right on the doorstep that made exploring the area an absolute joy. We loved discovering local spots to eat, but also really enjoyed staying in and cooking meals together in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen – it was perfect for relaxing evenings after a day out. The house had everything we needed and more, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend!
