Kristina’s apartment was charming, every detail carefully thought out, wonderful decor, and every comfort provided. The yard, pool and canal were beautiful, tropical, and private. Kristina was so responsive and helpful, we would love to visit her place again.

I rented the Kayakers Retreat to enjoy kayaking with my family for my 75 Birthday! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this spacious and well-equipped home to any large group for fun and relaxation. We all loved the passenger trains when they passed by. The children and adults waved them on their journey. Very easy to use the kayaks and clean life jackets large to infant. My 18 month grandson rode with his Dad with safe well maintained equipment! Breathtaking backyard and view. The beds were the most comfortable ones out of all airbnbs I’ve stayed at. I definitely recommend staying here and enjoying the relaxing environment.

Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

We use Airbnb and VRBO a great deal and Tonya’s house while Small is perfect for our needs. It was spotless and clean inside and out. Tonya is very responsive and helpful and very friendly. We felt like family when we met. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we visit our family in Jacksonville. Thank you Tanya.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to relax, recharge, and rekindle our romance. Paul and Kelly are incredible hosts and they have created an amazing space for couples to unwind and enjoy time with one another. The grounds provide plenty of privacy and the view of the river is beautiful and serene. This was the first time we have stayed in an RV and we found it cozy and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy and there is plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed interacting with our hosts and they always made sure that we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning again very soon!
