Pista's place is incredible! Absolutely everything is as advertised. Can view Stingrays right from the dock! Close to everything you need but far enough that it is your own slice of paradise. The first morning we were there, Pista recommended a great breakfast place a few places over and we ended up there majority of the mornings of our trip. I have NOTHING to complain or suggestions of the home. The view from your kitchen and deck is unbelievable. Eva the building manager answered and help with any questions about the island or property. I can't wait to visit again and after my family saw the photos they will be visiting in the near future. Doesn't matter if your a solo, family, or a friend group this is the place for you! Thank you again Pista and Eva for an amazing vacation!

We had booked different accommodations elsewhere for later in the week, on the recommendation of a friend. We found Francis’s place last minute, and booked it for our first two nights on Caye Caulker. Francis picked us up at the ferry. The house was a bit further from the main part of town. This actually turned out to be no problem at all (in fact, preferable), due to the use of bicycles available to us. Everything is a very quick bike ride or walk away. The house was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and well stocked. The surrounding grounds are immaculate. You can tell he takes much pride in his properties. Super comfy bed, cold ac, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with cold local beer upon arrival. In hindsight, we would’ve preferred to stay here, over switching properties later in the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of Francis’s properties. 10/10 😊

If we ever decide to come back to visit Belize, this will be our choice to stay. The comfy cabin Is at the very end of the island. It was peaceful and being able to sit out on the dock every morning watching the local fisherman go by and as well as sunsets it’s the perfect place to get away and relax. Very close to town by either bicycle or golf cart. We enjoyed our time very much.

Some nights there is considerable noise in the area and the beach is not for swimming.

Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat! The photos don’t do it justice. Having the bikes were awesome, bike path out front leads into central area, lots of restaurants. The sunrises are amazing right out front, take your coffee to the private viewing deck on the water. She provides the basics for a few days, we brought our own coffee. She provides unlimited drinking water. The pool was nice and cool, up to 7’ deep w/ a mini waterfall. Super clean and so relaxing/ quiet. Susan is a lovely host and very responsive, she made great recommendations for restaurants. We didn’t cook, but she has all the essentials required, including a gas stove. Enjoy your stay at this lovely property

I traveled to Belize as a female solo traveler. I loved my time at the Summerhouse. I felt comfortable and safe, and Dora was so helpful and friendly. Actually, the Belizean people were helpful, honest, and friendly in general. As soon as you walk out the front door of your room, you're surrounded by beachy breezes, palm trees, and beautiful waters. I could never get tired of that view and fresh sea air while I sipped my coffee on the patio every morning. It was a wonderful start to each day. While there are a number of restaurants and bars in the area, they all close at a reasonable hour to allow those staying in the area to get a good night's sleep. The space was clean and just as shown in the photos. Many of the tastiest restaurants were a 10 minute walk or less, and you can always drive your rented golf cart to anywhere farther (ps--if you pay for than $30 a day for a golf cart, you're being overcharged. I learned that the hard way). I would definitely stay at Summerhouse again.

Javier was great and his wife's cooking was on point. the lake view was peaceful and getting in town was short and easy

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was even better than described. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of — it’s clear they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. The location was perfect too: close enough to everything we wanted to explore, but tucked away enough to feel like a true getaway. We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

Tina’s slice of Ambergris Caye paradise was all we hoped for and more! It’s perfectly placed south of town for peace and quiet. The water access, beachy sand, and pool provide you with all you need to not need to leave the house if you don’t want to! Booking boating excursions and being picked up on your own private dock is VIP ⭐️ The laundry room is clutch, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there are plenty of beach towels to not need to pack a single one. Host Eva is more than accommodating. Ask her for recommendations or to book something for you, no problem! We’re hoping Tina will house us again in the future!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

We had a problem with our sliding door locking. M&B went above and beyond to fix the situation- offered to move us- they were able to come out the next morning and fix the door!

Nina (and her family) were incredibly helpful and communicative. They arranged our transportation, took care of small things as needed, helped us book an awesome boat / snorkeling trip when we had a last-minute issue with our existing booking, etc. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs, and nicely located. We had a great time in Caye Caulker!

This little house is among the top places I have ever rented. It’s the perfect size for 2 people, especially since we both had remote work we needed to do. The view from the bedroom and balcony was a balm to the soul. Having my morning tea or coffee in the morning on the balcony while watching the neighbors bike to work or take a jog with the birds foraging for breakfast is something I wish I could do every day. It’s so peaceful at this end of the island, yet very easy to walk into town. There is a little restaurant just steps away, behind the airport, too, where we got a very good meal. If I come back to Caye Caulker I would stay here without another thought.

This place is magical. It's beautifully decorated with the blues and greens of the sea. The photos are a great guide, and it's even better than it looks in them. The windows in the master bedroom facing the sunset are glorious - there are only palm trees between you and the sea. There are two balconies, both with a really fun selection of hammocks and really comfortable chairs, swing seats and even swing beds. Perfectly positioned for watching the sunset, and with outdoor plugs so you can plug in a fan if it's too hot. The other rooms are also gorgeous and full of character, with really comfortable beds. Also - beautiful bathrooms! And a well-equipped kitchen. Although the property is close to bars and the Split, the island shuts down early on weekdays - everything was quiet by 8.30/9. The Saturday we were there was a bit noisier with people partying at the swimming spot outside the house, but on the whole we found it a really peaceful location.

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

We loved our time at this property. It was so peaceful, out of town and quiet just what we wanted. We had the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend anybody looking to disconnect and be away from the hustle and bustle.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

Front door lock would sometimes lock when door knob is turned or the door was shut. Told Office about issue. They seemed to know about the problem.

It’s a whole new world. You are sad when it’s time to leave the place and people find their way into your heart.

I would highly recommend you stay here not only because it is in a great location and offers you the option of a private pool, but our hostess was amazing! She responded to all questions immediately. For example, the coffee pot quit working and by that afternoon a new one had been dropped off. We were also shocked and delighted that the housekeeper came in mid week to refresh our towels and she even made our beds. I will definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. Walkable to great restaurants and bars. Water shuttle and water excursions were all close by. We rented a golf cart but only used it twice to get to secret beach (which there is a paid boat shuttle available) . Next door to a great restaurant especially breakfast. Would highly recommend!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!
