The place is amazing! It is a quiet and calm place for a relaxing trip. Nearby beaches are clean, and the host is extremely responsive. The food at this place is superb, and definitely one of the key reasons I'm staying here again, when I'm in the region! The stay matches the description, is hygienic and well maintained.

This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – A Hidden Gem! We had an amazing experience at this property! Whether you’re planning to explore Ganpatipule (just 15 minutes by car), relax at nearby beaches like Malgund (5 minutes) and Aare-Vaare (30 minutes), take a scenic coastal drive, or simply unwind in peace—this is the perfect base. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of by the host, from tasteful decor to high-quality linens and towels. You truly feel at home the moment you step in. The highlight for us was the expansive open terrace offering breathtaking 360° views. Watching the sunrise over the jungle and the sunset melt into the sea was simply magical. The terrace is also well-equipped with a party speaker for music and good vibes. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality—I’d absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for memorable getaway!

Had visited the place for 2 nights with my wife and dog, the place is exactly the way it was described and is in a peaceful and private location. Its recommended you have your own private vehicle to get around as the place is little more than 1km away from highway/ main road. There are restaurants around to go and eat food, one restaurant food can get delivered to the stay by the caretaker. Caretaker Deepak is very helpful and responsive. Overall i loved the place and would consider booking again if i am around again. Thanks to Nikhil and Deepak for making our stay memorable and peaceful.

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.

Anayji's property is a great place to stay in. The property is in a very good condition and taken well care of by Mr. Parkar who assists for all the needs. Also Mr. Parkar's wife provides delicious homely food on chargeable basis. The property features are spacious rooms, well clean, located in peaceful area, beach within a walkable distance and natural plantation in backyard. Anayji is approachable, friendly and assist for any queries or special requests if needed. The stay was worth and looking forward to visit again.
