If you’re looking for a great place to relax in Trece, look no further. This place is amazing. The pictures did not do her place any justice. It was so much better. Ann an Aris, the caretakers, were absolutely fantastic. They were very accommodating and always eager to help. Can’t wait to come back again.

The place was great and we had everything we needed to have a good stay! The caretakers were very nice and they had all the things we didn't get to bring :) Staying here was worth the money!!

We stayed at this place for a weekend staycation and to attend a wedding at a nearby events place. The place is very nice, cozy and the pool is an added plus. We also enjoyed our karaoke time in the limited time that we have. The host is very responsive and attended to our queries and needs promptly. The caretakers were very helpful and reliable. We felt safe and homely. My only issue was the gravel pathway leading to the Casitas which is not wheelchair or PWD friendly and was a struggle for our elderly. A pebbled concrete would’ve been better. Other than this, the place is very spacious, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were ample for a comfortable stay.

Very nice and relaxing place. It’s very fun that there is a whole separate KTV room as well as a great pool to spend time on. They were pretty strict with the kitchenware but understandable. Overall, the place is a very cozy place for a large group.

Every detail, from the well-kept amenities to the overall ambiance, made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Casa Miranda to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. 5 stars isn’t enough! Of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one is hands-down the best. The villas are modern, beautifully designed, and offer the perfect amount of privacy. From the moment we arrived, everything felt premium—absolutely worth every penny. You truly get what you pay for, and more. We honestly didn’t want to leave. The bonfire setup was such a vibe—we loved the s'mores so much we ended up ordering two more buckets of firewood just to keep the mood going. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the caretakers went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Even before we left, our friends were already asking about the place—and we’ll be recommending it to everyone! The kids (and kids at heart) had the time of their lives—101% fun! We also appreciated the well-equipped gym. Without a doubt, we’ll be back!

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. She wants me to let you know that you have a wonderful farm house and garden. She’s eager for us to go back again. We would love to come back soon. Thank you ma’am Rona ☺️

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

we celebrated new year in this place and we had so much fun.the place was big enought for us.the villas are clean and big.the pool is also nice. my 2 babies enjoyed playing in their garden and pool area.the host was so responsive and kuya mervin the caretaker was so nice,he helped us in our needs....we surely booked this place again soon.

The house is big and cozy — perfect for a group getaway. However, the place could use better maintenance. Some of the lights near the pool weren't working, so it was a bit dark at night. Water supply was also a bit unstable at times. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, but they did provide katol and Off lotion which helped. On the bright side, the caretakers were very accommodating and kind. They even cleaned up some of the mess we made from the night before right away (sorry po). With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

If you need a quick getaway from the city, this is the right place for you! The place is quiet and just right for the family. It is small but clean and very homey. The caretaker, Ate Ruby is very responsive to us. Thanks to her for assisting us. She even gave some saba to us before we leave. We enjoyed the pool so much during our short stay. Thank you Sir Mark for welcoming us to your home.

Great place to stay! easy to communicate with the host Kristine overall is great experience it’s just the price lists of the charges of the pool is not that accurate child is 100 adult is 200 not 70 and 140 as indicated on their pool price.

We celebrated my Mom’s birthday here. The place is spacious, clean and has the right equipment to make the guests life easier! I love the big rice cooker! The care taker is very accommodating! Thank you for the complimentary red wine! I totally recommend this place e to celebrate your special occasions.

Perfect place to chill with family

Our family enjoyed our quick hideaway at this property. It was a little challenging to find but with a bit of help, we got there just fine. It was accurately depicted in the listing, it was truly a nice little gem of a stay in Amadeo. I only wished we stayed longer, I recommend to book at least 2 nights! We will come back :)

We love the place and my parents enjoyed their time with their grandkids. We were able to celebrate my mother's birthday at this cozy house. The weather is great even during this very hot summer month. We we're so amazed on how the weather is so cooling compared to Manila and other provinces. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!
