House was beautiful and really nicely decorated- felt right at home! It was great for our family trip - very well equipped kitchen, clean bedsheets, homey vibe. The area is super cute and beautiful but also close to the supermarket if you need to grab anything. Jacuzzi was a plus after a long day on the slopes or hiking. Nadine communicated very well. She even put heated pads on the stairs the night before we arrived, which was very helpful as it was very slippery. Would love to come back one day!

Kathy is the perfect host. She is quick to respond and helpful regarding local dining. Love her taste in furnishings! We will make her place a yearly retreat. The ocean is only 40 minutes away.

My wife and I were both very pleased. Private, beautiful setting, rain or shine. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were very complete.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor rooms felt bigger than the photos indicated, and the house has beautiful views of the ocean and a peaceful neighborhood to walk in with our 5 and 7 year old. It was a four minute drive away from the seacoast science center too where our kids were going for camp, and only ten min to downtown Portsmouth and overall is the perfect beach house, with a bathroom immediately off the back entrance of the house for easy changing after beach visits. Also loved the separate sun porch so we could really have separate living quarters when the kids were sleeping upstairs. Only downside is we didn't have control of the heat pump so had to message when we wanted the temp changed. But otherwise, we loved it and will be booking again if we ever return for the kids camp!

We had a fantastic girls weekend!! Loved the location was quiet but close to downtown which was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed. the living room had large sectional couch which made for a great place to sit and catch up on life! The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space and comfortable beds! The bathroom had everything we needed and made for a good use of space off the kitchen. We would stay here again!!

Beautiful house and an excellent location for my graduation from SNHU. There were plenty of towels and amenities to keep the family busy. Perfect place to take family photos and hang out by the lake or inside in a VERY comfy couch. Would definitely book here again!

Adorable home, it’s older so a few quirks, the A/C didn’t work in the master and it’s very very bright early in the morning. The porch is fantastic, the location can’t be beat for beach access. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. Highly recommend!

Vinny was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for skiing Sunapee and the space was very warm, cozy and private.

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb in the area! Dermot was great and his wife was such a sweet woman. She even came out to help us start the fire 😊 Their place was cozy, rustic, and so unique! Thank you for having us!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. I rarely stay in an Airbnb where I feel so at home. The place isn’t big but it is well designed, has lots of natural light, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is really comfortable, and the lighting is super cozy. It’s quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Robert's condo is in a beautiful setting overlooking a meadow and the peaceful Pemi river. The furniture and bedding are comfortable. This was our 4th stay and definitely our go to place while visiting the White Mountains. Love this place!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!
