L'appartement est situé à 400 mètres des Sassi Di Matera, à quelques mètres du centre historique et à proximité de toutes les activités. L'appartement dispose d'un lit double, d'un canapé-lit pour deux personnes, d'un canapé-lit, d'une cuisinière à induction, d'un four électrique, d'un réfrigérateur. Le climatiseur coûte 15 euros par jour. Le lave-linge portable coûte 10 euros par jour. Le chauffage électrique coûte 5 € par jour.

Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

Il est situé à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la ZTL (Zone à Trafic Limité) Sassi/Centro. Une place de parking réservée dans la cour intérieure vous permet de rejoindre et d'explorer facilement le centre historique à pied. L'appartement est équipé de la climatisation et du chauffage indépendant. En 2023, l'ensemble du bâtiment a été entièrement isolé.

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

Our b&b was built inside a trullo formed by 3 cones and located in the historic and tourist center of Alberobello, a UNESCO heritage site. The trullo has been recently renovated respecting all the historical and architectural features of the structure without renouncing modern comforts.
