The rooms we offer have been designed with the explorer in mind, to use a base to explore the local surrounding area, the Lake District, Northumberland and Durham. We have had guests walking the Isaacs Tea Trail as well as cyclists doing the C2C. After a long day exploring the local area return to refresh yourself in our spacious bathroom complete with underfloor heating.

Hadrian's Wall 1 hour, Northern Lakes 60 minutes, Newcastle 90 mins, Manchester 150 mins. The most relaxing place we know.
