Igor is a great host. Apartment is clean and modern, as shown on pictures. Check in was easy. We arrived at 3 am and Artem was waiting for us at the property. Location is great, close to many attractions and City centre. There are a number of good cafes and shops in the area as well as a large modern shopping plaza called Forum. Strongly recommended.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Zodra je aankomt wordt je hartelijk ontvangen op deze prachtige plek. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte en het huisje zijn mooi aangekleed en zijn van alles voorzien. een echte aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Bektas is a wonderful host and a true gentleman he helped us with everything right from getting groceries to places to visit all the do's and don'ts i appreciate the warm welcome and proactive behaviour I would recommend this place for group who want to be on their own want peace comfort and freedom them friends this is the place

We looooved this apartment. Everything was perfect. We fell in love with the design, little details, art on the wall, coffee machine. Everything works well, nice washing machine, projector. Perfect area. Even the entrance was decorated beautifully! Aleksei was wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming, responded fast. Was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you very much! 🤍

Мы заселились на рассвете. Ардак, любезно встретила нас, провела до квартиры. Чисто, светло, есть все необходимое. Ардак была постоянно на связи. Месторасположение, отличное. Тихо, ухоженно, вид потрясающий. Спасибо еще раз, за прием!

Really cool little airbnb. Amazing views. Everything you need - except a washing machine (we used the sink to wash some things). Really nice host. Special place and would definitely go back.

The place is big and same as shown in pics .Though it's an old building the location is very convenient to commute and Arbat street is very very near and with lot of food options and great evening vibes . The place is well equipped with cooking utensils and basic groceries and 24/7 super markets are nearby and you get almost everything there . The place has become our home in Almaty and we enjoyed our stay . I agree with most of the comments about the lift , initially it was scary as the lift closes even if the person is entering , but eventually the 6 days we stayed ,we learnt to handle that old lift so it wasn't a major issue for us . Overall a clean and good stay at a convenient location and a very friendly host.
