Alles in einem eine schöne und sehr große Unterkunft mit genügend Entertainment und Wohlfühlcharakter. Wenn man in Ulm ist, ist es auf jeden Fall ein Platz wo man gerne bleibt 😀

La vivienda es cómoda y está muy bien ubicada. Está cerca a un supermercado, un restaurante turco de comidas rápidas, una barbería y un bar pequeño donde tomar una cerveza. A pie se llega al zoológico, al jardín botánico, a un parque natural grande con su Biergarten. El paradero del tranvía está muy cerca y con él llegas al centro de la ciudad en pocos minutos. La vivienda es bonita, es clara y está bien equipada. El dormitorio con su cama doble es muy cómodo. El sofa-cama de la sala-comedor está bien para una estadía corta. Para una estadía larga , como la nuestra de 2 meses, hubiéramos deseado un sofá más robusto. El baño con tina es mu bonito y tiene adicionalmente una lavadora de ropa. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones Irene y Tim fueron siempre muy amables y la comunicación con ellos muy fácil tanto en alemán como en castellano.

Had an excellent stay at Stefan’s! The place felt much bigger than the photos. Most “must-see” attractions are within a 15 minute walk and many public transport options nearby. I felt very safe walking around in the evening as a solo traveler and it was very quiet in the evening. Love the bright, airy kitchen area as well!”. Stefan was kind enough to meet me, show me how to work the espresso machine, and even shared food recommendations - thank you! Highly recommend!!

5 Sterne – Einfach perfekt! Wir waren mega zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Franziska in Ebnat-Kappel! Es steckt so viel Liebe zum Detail in der Einrichtung – vor allem für Kinder war es ein Traum: Es gab Spielzeug und alles, was man braucht, damit sich auch die Kleinen wohlfühlen. Franziska und ihre Familie waren unglaublich freundliche Gastgeber und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung von Timm-Ole und Lukas. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und man ist in 2‘ im Ortskern. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell und wir haben uns in der liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung richtig wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Gastgeber haben uns bei Fragen fix geantwortet und waren superfreundlich. Gerne wieder !

Great stay in Garmisch. Really nice place, spacious and well located. Short walk to super market and bus stop for ski lifts. Only this that was a slight issue for us was that two bed rooms were upstairs and one in basement so none of the kids wanted to sleep downstairs in their own.. but that might work well for other guests. Despite this we had a great stay, communication was great, facilities were great and we were even allowed to check in early after an awful journey.

Our stay was fantaaaaaastic! Raffael was very accommodating and even helped us find a driver from the Bernina Express station, which made our trip much easier. He was also very welcoming to Muslims, which we truly appreciated. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a BBQ setup. It truly felt like a home away from home. Plus, the living room had the best speaker, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wendi ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die ruhige Lage hab ich nach den intensiven Seminartagen sehr genossen. Es gab eine Feier im Haus, von der ich im Zimmer unterm Dach fast nichts mitbekommen habe. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich komme gern wieder.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Reihenhaus von Gina & Jacky. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Kinderzimmer hat den Kindern besonders gut gefallen, da viel Spielzeug vorhanden war und es sehr kindgerecht gestaltet ist. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Von Götzis aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit kann man wundervolle Orte erreichen. Vielen lieben Dank für die Beherbung!

Great stay with beautiful views of the mountains. The house had all amenities needed to enjoy a mountain get away and plenty of space for the whole family (plenty of kitchen supplies and firewood). Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Wir waren als Großfamilie in dem Haus untergebracht und alle haben den Aufenthalt genossen! Es ist genügend Platz, alles blitzblank sauber, hochwertige Ausstattung, Fußbodenheizung, etc... wirklich großer Luxus! Außerdem ist Herbert ein toller Host, sehr gute Kommunikation und wirklich zuvorkommend. Im Whirlpool kann man richtig relaxen, mit Blick auf die Natur. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben in der Unterkunft zusammen mit einer Gruppe von Freunden Silvester gefeiert. Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet und verfügt über genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Man kann gut zusammen kochen, feiern, Dart spielen oder einfach abhängen. Bodensee und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Karl ist ein cooler und netter Host, wir haben gemeinsam auf das neue Jahr angestoßen. Zudem lief die Kommunikation problemlos ab, er gab immer schnell Rückmeldung. Alles in allem hatten wir schöne Tage in Friedrichshafen.

Stephan and his family were excellent hosts and very kind and helpful. The property is lovely and was within a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. The town itself is really nice and there’s loads to do and good places to eat. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave.

Great spot at a great price. the apartment was recently remodeled and is immaculate. really enjoyed our stay! we will be back!

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung von Dagmar und Burkhard. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung ist sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen könnte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es sind trotzdem nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und zum See. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Perfect verblijf als bebaarde de Beurs wilt en een slaapplaats en parkeer plaats nodig hebt. Je loopt binnen 10 minuten naar de hoofdingang van de Beurs. Veel gezellige restaurants en groot winkelcentrum in directe omgeving. En München snel te bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

Benni war ein super Gastgeber ! Die Wohnung entsprach unserer Vorstellung und Mindelheim ist eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Benni war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich ! Alles Gute, wir kommen gern wieder Beate und Klaus
