Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Beds are super comfortable.

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. Julien was very welcoming and clear with instructions. The place was beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. Was walkable to many restaurants. All amenities were as mentioned in the listing. Would gladly suggest the place to others and would stay again if I get an opportunity.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Nic’s place is very nice, clean and comfortable. I felt like I was right at home. I love the fact that the condo is located in a nice area and you have access to restaurants and activities in walking distance. I will be definitely booking with Nic again when I’m in Los Angeles visiting.
